Hotel britannico vecchio stile, tipici i lavandini del servizio igienico della camera separati, camera confortevole
Ristorante scarsissimo, menù tipico da fast food il qualcosa di diverso tipo la quiche proposta è mal cucinato
Colazione British, croissant stantii se chiedi qualcosa di diverso da the o caffè non lo hanno
Per 107 euro ....

Ho pernottato in questo hotel una notte, ero sola quindi ovviamente ho preso una singola.la camera era pulita ma piccola circa 2m x 4m con lavandino in camera anche perchè nel bagno non ci sarebbe stato visto che era un locale cosi stretto che a parte il water da un lato e la doccia dall'altro non ci stava altro. Per finire il wi-fi è disponibile solo nella Hall.

We went with Alfatravel. This hotel is really great. It was very clean, the staff were very polite and kind. The food was good and plenty of it, breakfast was excellent with many choices. The beds were comfortable. Ytrain and bus services available. One of the best Alfa accommodation so far. Excellent coach driver too.

All the staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and always a smile. Our room was clean and comfy with a lovely view. The public places were clean, the entertainment was excellent for 2 of the 4 days we were there, the last two were average, but I suppose it depends on one's taste. The only disappointment for me was the food, hot meals came out luke warm and meals that had gravy or a sauce were served there was little of both sauce or gravy and we had to ask for more.

Went with Alfa coaches. Hotel was lovely, food good and staff were cheerful, polite and very attentive.|Had twin room 27 on ground floor. Lovely big room with a bath. |Shout out to our driver Michelle. It was her first solo tour and she was brilliant.|Will definitely return

Part of an alfa holiday people need to remember this is priced as a budget holiday so expect that standard of quality etc. Some people are so unteasoable and demanding.i really enjoyed my stay,food was pretty good did see some delays but staff were superb. I would like to shout out for the restaurant manager she was superb|Entertainment was OK especially the singer comedian. Had a nice big room which had obviously been refurbished including new furniture.|The staff were so friendly and helpful|Ignore some of the reviews on hete,the staff are doing their best|I recommend this place

Good Hotel
Good check in experience
Nice room (paid for upgrade and it was fairly big)
Shower doesn’t work most of time due to not enough pressure.
Cleaners are in your room on 3rd floor at 9am as you’re just coming back after breakfast which isn’t ideal.consequently we only had a room clean once.
TV good but apps buffer
View lovely.
Windows throughout need a good jet wash and clean. Also stairwells needed cleaning too.
Food really good with good choice.
Carol was amazing with my milk intolerance as were the chefs.
Bar was hit and miss and one of the bar staff was talking to us about residents in a derogatory way which was inappropriate.
Could definitely do with a better outdoor eating/drinking area.
Entertainment not great.
Games room needs TLC.

Well after reading some of past reviews I was not looking forward to coming here. Im so glad I gave it a shot my room was the best food was great and lovely warm if not to warm throughout all the rooms we went in ie lounge bar restaurant bedroom will definitely return to this hotel well done Waverly castle staff and also Alfa coach tours we had the best time ?
