I often come to this Walmart to buy daily necessities. The staff here are always very friendly, and the product displays are clear and well-organized. The items are cheap and of good quality. I especially like the fresh produce section. It feels like being back in nature, with a wide variety of colorful fruits and vegetables. It's simple and quick to pick what I need, making it very convenient.

The Petal location has a Black Lady in there has been there 30 plus years we talk every time I see her she is the nicest lady every meet in a store especially dealing with all kinds of walks of life they have a Great group in there but her and her amazing attitude is priceless

Can't stand Walmart I put about $151.63 I put all the money in the machine after I scanned everything. Got down to the last 26 cents to put in that machine and it would not take it and let me cash out. I hate Walmart I hate knowing I have to go sometimes.

Well staffed with efficient and wonderful people who are kind, respectful, and very willing to help. The shelves are always stocked with what I'm needing, the facility, restroom and parking lot clean, food in deli is well kept.

I personally don't like to go in Walmart for a long period of time. I want to go in and out and go on with my day. They usually have all we need. I like to go to the hunting and camping to look while the wife shops

Ok other than watching employees make an elderly woman search all around store for a buggy after this happened. The lady had put a few items in her buggy she had not been able to cover. Didn't have to remove any items from the final price since she had asked for subtotal twice. So they sent this lady on search for buggy for few items to be placed back on the shelves since her buggy was full of what she had bought already, bagged and placed back into her buggy. The cashier was very nice but it was three employees who seemed as they were maybe customer service or lower management that were rude to this lady. I felt bad for her. She was clearly embarrassed and humiliated and limp walked with a slight limp. Those 3 employees trying to feel their "power" obviously. It surprised me to see this kind of behavior in a small town like Petal.

I appreciate how the store is frequently clean but sometimes employees are not helpful and seem to lack customer service. The lady who works in the toy department is always friendly and goes above and beyond to help customers. Sadly, this trait isn't shared with the majority of the employees.
