I went to visit the place because I wanted to book for couple of days and they didn't allow me to go inside. I went with my newborn and they didn't want to open the gate for us!! Worse place ever!

Fui a visitar el lugar porque quería reservar por un par de días y no me dejaron entrar al lugar. Fui con mi bebe recien necido para ver si la habitacion era apta para el (o ver que cosas tengo que llevar conmigo) y no nos quisieron abrir el porton principal para ingresar!!! El peor servicio!!

It's a nice place, the included breakfast was yummy. Downsides are just like someone else mentioned: communication is terrible. Can take 5 hours to reply in some cases. So if you like your messages to be replied to quickly, this is not the host for you. It's incredibly cold at night, there is only 1 blanket aside from the bed covers so be ready for that because no one warns you. On IG it says a bottle of wine it's included but apparently that's outdated and there is no clarification on that at the present moment. It was a little pricey but mainly because of the communication issue I doubt I'd come back.

Total basura, pésimo servicio al cliente, solo les gusta recibir el dinero pero no brindar soluciones, imposible obtener una respuesta de parte de ellos, ofrecen re agendamiento que no cumplen, esperan a que llegue la fecha acordada desde el inicio y se quedan con el dinero. El anfitrión es imposible de contactar y para todo pone a dar la cara a la de servicio al cliente que ni siquiera ayuda en nada.
“La comarca Glamping Dome“ mucho mejor.

Details:

The Reception:
- The hosts were unresponsive across communication channels, which was inconvenient.
- We encountered a malfunctioning gate and had to wait for 20 minutes without any communication from the host. It was later confirmed by the host that the issue was indeed with the gate.

The Dome:
- The dome was clean and well-organized.
- Natural light from a small window directly hits the bed, making napping difficult unless you cover the window, which detracts from the aesthetics.
- The bed frame, made from a low-quality material, was noisy and disruptive, particularly for light sleepers.
- The kitchen is equipped with basic necessities. However, the provided knife was dull and there was only sufficient cutlery for two people. Bringing your own may be advisable.
- The water temperature was consistently good with ample hot water available.

The Food:
- The breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying until lunch.
- There was a misunderstanding concerning the wine service. We were under the impression that wine was included in our package, but it wasn't until the next day that we were informed it would incur an extra cost. This was unexpected, as the initial package we paid for had clearly stated that wine was included. Additionally, our request for wine, made at 7pm, remained unaddressed until the following day.

The Deck:
- The deck features a clean, functional sauna. It takes approximately 40 minutes for the water to reach a usable water level.
- The deck sofa's light foam padding made it uncomfortable for long periods of sitting.

The View:
- The view was somewhat limited. Cartago often experiences cloudy nights, so star-gazing depends on your luck.
- Due to significant light pollution from the city, few stars are visible, even during a new moon.

Weather:
- Daytime temperatures were warm, around 27°C (80°F), with cool breezes.
- Nighttime temperatures could drop to around 13°C (55°F).

Es una empresa con falta de seriedad, uno pone un mensaje y duran en contestar o hasta te dejan en visto, después que se a cancelado parte del servicio. Aparte que con certificado médico, y con fotos de que no se podía asistir a la reservación y aun así no quisieron ni devolver el dinero o aplazar la reservación.

El lugar es simplemente hermoso, tiene mucho potencial. Vista hermosa, full equipado.

Tiene un sistema de ingreso al lugar muy moderno a partir de claves donde no se necesita que nadie reciba ni despida a las personas. (Cosa buena y no tan buena dada la carencia de comunicación y amenidad por otros medios)

Es lamentable que el servicio al cliente sea tan malo. Por esa razón no volvería, fue realmente desgastante tratar de obtener respuestas prontas o seguimiento de las preguntas que realizaba.

Por otro lado, tienen un perrito hermoso que cuida la finca, sin embargo nos dimos cuenta hasta que llegamos al lugar y un perro gigante llegó a nuestro glamping. Realmente nos asustamos, nadie nos alertó que había un perro, por más amigable que fuera, nos asustamos.

El perro ladró toda la noche y madrugada y fue imposible dormir.

No hubo un mensaje o seguimiento de satisfacción de la experiencia por parte de los administradores.

El agua del jacuzzi nunca calentó por lo que fue imposible utilizarlo dado que el lugar es realmente frío.

Este lugar es una joya, lástima que la administración sea indiferente a temas tan relevantes.

Decepcionante y poco empáticos con las situaciones de los demás, tratamos de reagendar por un accidente que sufrió un familiar y nos dejaron en visto, perdimos más de 200.000 colones, osea, todo el dinero de la reservación por no querer reagendarnos, consultamos igual si tenían las instalaciones acceso para discapacitados porque mi familiar está con un yeso en la pierna y nos ignoraron por completo, SON UN ASCO DE EMPRESA, CUIDADO CON ESTAS RATAS!!!!

Es una pésima empresa ,por un accidente no pude asistir a mi reservación.Me indicaron que me iban a ayudar a reagendar y solamente nos dejaron de contestar. En pocas palabras UNOS LADRONES
