Stayed 2 nights in December 2024, absolutely beautiful property, very personalized care from a really friendly staff. The courtyard was our hangout spot with a bottle of wine sitting by the fire pit. The room was the AM Wong Suite with its own private courtyard but we preferred the main shared one. Giant bathrooms with very good water pressure and hot water. Also had a separate bathtub. Only 24 rooms so it is very quiet and private. Love the staff, highly recommend.

Absolute hidden gem off Hollywood Blvd in West Hollywood. Beautiful courtyard with two fire pits and a center seating area. When you are inside of the hotel and in the courtyard you feel like you're tucked away from all of the buzz of LA. ||||Kiki, Kim, and all staff were amazing (can't remember everyone's names) - I was there from Dec 17-20th in the Ingrid Bergman room! The lovely human working Saturday evening the 19th said it was their favorite room. I have to agree. I did't see others but for a quick glance when being cleaned...but there is a lot of natural light :). ||||The courtyard has a lovely seating area with 2 firepits and a center area with two couches and table. ||||I would stay there again in a heartbeat 🙂 ||||Jenn M

Amazing hotel! I would recommend to anyone! The service was impeccable, thanks to Kim for her help with the luggage and making us as comfortable as possible. Every detail is expertly taken care of too. The rooms are chic, the breakfast with green juice is tasty, the outdoor fireplaces relaxing. We arrived very early from a red eye from Tokyo, and other hotels make you feel like you committed a crime if you arrive before check-in. Not here! We were greeted like family friends. Thank you thank you thank you! The hotel was very accommodating with everything.

Staff is outstanding... felt like I was at an exclusive spa. If you want a feeling of being pampered this is the place to go. Top notch rooms and staff. Linens were perfect.... design of room was beautiful and tasteful. We sat next to the fire pit to have our breakfast. A beautiful first day in LA.

"I recently stayed at the Prospect Hotel and had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious. They even baked fresh cookies and delivered them to my door! The next morning, a staff member offered to clean my car. I also had my service dog with me, and they took extremely good care of him. Plus, some select rooms have huge clawfoot bathtubs perfect for soaking after a long day. It was truly a one-of-a-kind stay!"

The Prospect Hollywood is a STUNNING hotel! From the vibrant lobby to the beautifully inviting outside spaces to the amazing themed rooms (my Greta Garbo room even had a claw foot tub!), it is simply an incredible retreat in the heart of Hollywood (yet feels open, secluded, and private!). The hotel staff were very accommodating and extremely kind from my initial calls to the entire stay. They even let me shoot my album cover on the property for staying at the hotel. Again, such a cool space and wonderful vibe/environment. I'm just sad that I didn't take any personal pictures of the lobby - it WILL be featured on my (Jamie Shew) upcoming jazz vocal album cover, though!!!

Booked the best-reviewed place I could find as a surprise for my wife’s birthday and it totally lived up to its reputation! Beautiful garden courtyard, lovely rooms, incredibly comfortable linens, all of it. Special shoutout to the staff - Mara (not sure of spelling) and Keith! I don’t know where they’re finding these awesome people, but they sure made our stay fantastic.

We stayed for almost a week and loved the place. The design is amazing, rooms large and comfortable, garden really nice and quiet to sit in (despite the hotel being within short walking distance to Hollywood boulevard) and staff super friendly. We also enjoyed breakfast offering and daily room service was great. Only small thing that bothered us - there are quite a few extras like valet parking and "daily amenities" (not sure what this included). We would much prefer one all inclusive price. Also, our final bill had multiple mistakes on it (additional charges for things we didn't use etc) which left a bit of a bitter taste at the end but it was rectified quickly.
