Amazing! Heated pool and hot tub. The pool was amazing, basically like a slightly lower temp hot tub? Complimentary coffee in communal zone area where there’s a toaster and microwave you can use. Descent breakfast and lunch /dinner items in the bar. The room was nothing spectacular but had all your needs. Staff was friendly. All day fire pits outside the bar to chill at. Would 100% come back.

여기 다녀온 한국인 친구의 추천으로 가봤는데 만족했습니다. 한국식으로 따지면 부띠크 호텔이에요. 좀 사용감은 있지만, 그게 미국 매력이니까요. 자체 굿즈도 팔고, 어메니티도 브랜드입니다. 음식 메뉴도 다 맛있었고, 코치맨 소비뇽블랑이 매우 좋았어요. 스모어 무료, 자쿠지도 이용 가능합니다. 여름에 사람 많을 때는 즐겁게 다른 사람들과 얘기할 수 있을 것 같았어요. 비치랑도 도보 10분, 차로 금방 갑니다.

Our team absolutely loved staying at the lovely Coachman Hotel during our organization's team retreat! The hotel is small and intimate, with modern renovations and a woodsy feel - perfect for a comfortable stay in beautiful Lake Tahoe. The hotel has a cozy, cute ambiance including an outdoor firepit with twinkle lights, music and plenty of seating, reception bar, and pool/hot tub area. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. We hosted our meetings in their Heavenly Room, which worked well for a group of ~25. The location was ideal, as it's walking distance to the lake, hiking trails, and the Heavenly Village. We did arrange outside catering (which was not an issue), but I understand the hotel has recently added more food options. I'd highly recommend hosting a team retreat at The Coachman Hotel!

We can’t say enough good things about this property…truly! Vacations can be made or broken by where you stay and ours was made by the employees. The team at the hotel led by Ben, is what will make us come back and tell everyone what a great experience we had. When you travel its important to feel at home at the end of the day…a clean and comfy bed is essential! Likewise starting your day with a great cup of coffee and a delicious breakfast is everything! We had all of the above and the team could not have been better! Thank you for the delicious coffee…the games…the comfy bed…the hot tub and fantastic recommendations! Our trip was better because of you all…we couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you Ben, Tanya and everyone who made our stay wonderful! Elizabeth, Kevin, Oliver and Isabel! And I almost forgot the s’mores and the outdoor fire! Just beautiful! One last comment…nothing on the property was over priced…all reasonable and no need to go elsewhere! Have a coffee…a yummy meal and a bottle of wine at night by the fire!

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were welcoming. Felt right at home. Accommodating and friendly. Our room was ready for an early check in. Room was clean and cozy. The room decor was very nice and contemporary great aesthetics. The TV was not outdated. They had Netflix, Prime Video, Fandango, Disney, etc. Dog friendly. Our room view was so awesome. We got a balcony and a perfect view. I love the s’mores at night and the cafe at the front desk. Love the heated toilet seats and the heated bathroom. We definitely enjoyed our stay and made my birthday extra special.

Here for a wedding event in town. Housekeeping was very good throughout. Beds are, on avg, comfortable enough, but not great. Good complimentary coffee station in the Reception Area and nice bar. Wonderful fire pit/sitting area. Only issue was the mini-split unit didn’t really keep it cool in the room.

I really liked the Coachman and I'd stay there again. The common spaces are very nice. There's a bar, good food, a kitchen, and a small indoor fireplace. The outside area has a larger firepit, pool and hot tub. The outdoor fire pit could use cushions on the wooden bleachersas the chairs fill up fast. The rooms are basic, nice and clean. There are no closets, only hooks to hang clothes. Our room was close to the street, but it was very quiet. || The staff was good, but seemed to multi task a lot between food and checkin/out. I do wish the music was lower in the reception area. The reception person was very hard to understand over the music. ||Our room wasn't due to be ready until 4 pm, which should be 3 pm as other hotels, yet they were checking in people who came after us and handing out room keys at 3 pm. The staff made some excuse that I had booked an ADA room, but I hadn't. I booked a standard king.. The staff also said " Oh these people called before they arrived." I prepaid my room and would have loved to have had that information so that I could have been checking in instead of waiting around exhaused after a long trip. ||I prepaid my room with all fees included, then got charged a "resort fee," which was not listed on Booking.com. It's now illegal in California to not disclose fees. The person I spoke with at the desk said that I booked through Expedia (who owns Booking.com) and therefore there was a charge, then made me prove it with my booking invoice to try to get a refund. I wish all hotels would drop the "resort fee" business and just advertise the actual price. I would have more respect for the brand. It's not like it's optional.

Was running late because of a 10 hour drive. Had a room booked, but accidentally made for the wrong date. The staff were very accommodating and had gotten me a room last minute. They allowed me to get a late checkout as well. This was an excellent hotel stay, great location, and I highly recommend staying here.
