Most horrible place we have ever stayed. Bed was hard. No coffee maker. No hot water. One device on at a time on the internet unless you paid extra daily. People above us were banging around and stomping on the floor all night. Lots of drug activity and shady stuff going on around this place. Did not feel safe here at all. Booked for a week and left after one night.

Disgusting!!!
I blame myself for not looking at the reviews before reserving the room. We chose this place in haste, thankfully for only 1 night, because of hurricane Milton and it’s close proximity to our home. The health department needs to inspect this property. From the moldy door frames as well as bathroom ceiling, pet stains and odors, loud music, obvious drug use and aggressive pets.
Thankfully our home had no damage and we were able to leave at daybreak.
The advertising photos are obviously stock or when the property opened as they are nothing like the real thing.
It needs to be gutted and complete renovation as well as management.

1 step out of a homeless shelter definitely used as an overflow homeless shelter. Was there almost 4 weeks my room was never serviced and I cleaned and laundries the towels and bedding myself. Room and carpet damp 100% of the time freezer section of the mini frig 100% iced up
Staff made some effort to empty the common garage areas but elevator area smelled like a combination of rotten garage vomit and cigarette smoke. Laundry was oos most of the time you need to bring your own plates, utensils, cleaning supplies and a dehumidifier. The cheap price isn't worth the inconvenience stay anywhere else if u can

I've been staying here off and on since June. All yall people complaining must never stayed at other motels in town. I have always had hot water,tv has always worked except during a bad rain storm and that's only cause it's satellite not cable, laundry room always is working and clean. I've never had any issues with rooms or other people staying here. Ok the elevator has gone down twice in 6 months but has always been fixed in reasonable time. The staff is always helpful and goes above and beyond( chris, steph, avi, Deb, cleaning lady's and maintenance. If you don't trash and destroy rooms helps for rates to stay reasonable. I travel a lot and have been to hotels I will never stay at again. Usually I book here if im in town unless they are booked out. Then I have my other 2 back ups .

Positive: Checking out was the best it?s faster than other hotels and it?s so horrible u will be glad it?s over Negative: I didn?t like the smell ,the sheets are mildew and stinky the towels were bloody the carpet is horrible,the tv doesn?t work furniture has bugs showers are cold actually doesn?t really work it?s really bad

Nastiest place ever. Terrible internet & All of Hotel managers/ workers are on drugs and live here. Someone came i to my room and stole my playstation. Police report filed, Nothing happened. I was trespassed after confronting the General Property Manager. He said people like me mess with his revenue ? As the whole place is filled with crackheads. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

This was the most nastiest hotel, motel crack, hotel whatever you wanna call that damn place I sat on the bed and roaches were crawling on me. I was there no more than an hour and a half. I left the place and now they refusing to give me my deposit back even though they said they release it. It’s been two weeks and I still have not gotten my deposit back and I never stayed at a place where you gotta pay deposit for nasty towels at For nasty motel there was people drinking and smoking all the Outside of the hotel motel whatever you wanna call that place you couldn’t walk to the elevator everybody sitting on the floor smoking weed and drinking and everything. It’s the most horrible place in Lakeland I’ve ever been to the bed. Where nasty dirty

Let me start out with unless you like bugs and mean mugging this is not the place for you ! After we got in and saw at least 20 roaches we gave the Benefits of doubt and spent the next 4 hours scrubbing with bleach every surface door and handle We still couldn’t remove the dirty sticky residue that was on every thing My hubby became very congested and had trouble breathing at night because the AC unit blows directly across the bed when

Mold and dead roaches and bug fiecies this was the final straw the next day we had friends come meet us to help us get out and they got into a little argument that lasted maybe 4 mins the management called the police on us and even they were confused when they got there and nothing but packing and moving of boxes was happening we think they had heard us on the phone complaining about conditions and had us kicked out so we couldn’t get a refund for the month I had already prepaid well I have all the pics and documentation I need for my amex who I’ve been doing business with for over 25 years needs so go ahead don’t refund me but I think you should reconsider because I might have to send these to local health board and channel 9 news Don’t RENT HERE SHAME ON YOU CHOISE NOT EVEN TO PRISON STANDARDS
