Sleep Inn is my to go Hotel when I have to attend to an appointment at UVA. The staff is always so welcoming and makes me feel at home. The breakfast is amazing. The eggs don’t come out of a bag and are cooked up. This is one of the few hotels that still has a hot tub for me to enjoy!!

Good value. Decent location. Rooms could use a better cleaning and carpet needs steam cleaning but overall I could stay here again. Maybe pick a better place for a longer stay. We had 2 small beds 1 for our teen daughter and 1 for my wife and 1, not much room but manageable. Timberwolves Tap House across the street is a good place to eat and watch the game. Lots of TVs.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sleep Inn, it was next to Burger King for my son. The staff was very friendly. My son loved that it had a indoor pool. I will stay again next time I'm in town.

I have stayed here a couple of times recently, & will in the future, I found It to be a pleasant stay on each occasion, it was clean , comfortable, the Young woman at the desk was very attentive, & helpful with her knowledge of the area , we look forward to our next stay

The first room that was given to us had an AC unit that couldn't be adjusted. We unplugged it when we arrived because it was too cold in the room. We left after bringing up our luggage. When we returned, there was a strong sewage smell. We were moved across the hallway after the lady at front desk came up & verified the smell. The second room had a shower that didn't drain, a broken door knob for bathroom, & a broken seal on the fridge which prevented it from staying closed. After a couple of hours, the sewer smell started up, not as bad as the first room but enough where we went to the store to buy air freshener. We had a two night stay that was not pleasant. We heard two other people complain about plumbing issues when we checked out. The manager was not on-site to speak to about our issues. The room was non refundable so we stuck it out not knowing if we would get refunded if we left. We would not stay there again even if we were paid to.

This hotel is very clean and nice the staff is very wonderful. The breakfast at sleep inn is the best breakfast we had during our travels we will stay here again wonderful hotel

Dirty floors and base of faucet was filthy. Floor definitely has not been vacuumed. Even found a piercing on the floor in the bathroom. Bed was relatively clean. Firm but comfortable mattress. Did find a few dog hairs on the sheets and stains on the outer blanket cover. Shower walls and shower head clearly haven’t been cleaned. Breakfast was decent. Enjoyed the eggs and bacon. Tolerable for catching some sleep for a night, but I wouldn’t book this for a vacation and you would not catch me using that shower. Not worth the $209/night.

Positive: the front desk receptionist was so lovely and kind. Negative: No fruit available at breakfast our last 2 nights. The jets in the hot tub were weak.
