The wifi doesn't connect.... Also no AC and we called 3 times for someone to look at our fan or to get another one and it took quite awhile just to get someone to come to our room.... Although, they did replace it with a awesome one... The staff seemed kind of unfriendly and agitated for this ...The photos are very misleading as for the sign that doesn't even say Roxy Motel it just says Motel. Lastly, the shower is backwards as in hot is cold and cold is hot. It's not the worst coming from Oklahoma, but it definitely could use alot of maintenance and work.

The workers here are very kind accommodating people. I feel safe and comfortable staying here. The rooms themselves are good, they come with everything you need. It’s also in a prime location in Hollywood, right across the metro station shops and grocery store. I would recommend the Roxy!

I don’t have complaints generally. The place is pretty good though of lower standard - a subjective opinion. But within their standard rating, they are good.

By good I mean good service, bed and TV airings in the room.

The bathroom is incredibly small and the sink visibly stained.

Going in, the room smelled like pee. There was no a/c, but a small fan. The bed was comfortable to sleep in and the TV was good, plenty of channels to watch from. The bathroom was clean and the guest service was good. Overall, would be a great cheap place to stay at for $100-$120 1 bedroom per night.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it's super close to Hollywood Blvd and all of the main attractions in Hollywood and the metro station is right down the street, super close walking distance to hop on the train. But everything else sucked. There's no AC, and the rooms are so old and stinky. It's 2024 now, but the rooms look like they haven't been touched since 1940 or maybe even before that.

Insects in all rooms:
We stayed in this hotel two night. The first night there were in the bed many biting insects that suck the blood and left swelling on all the body. I asked to receptionist a partial refund after this ugly night but he sayed :<>.
What a problem?!? There were the same insects in the other room as well.
Horrible hotel.

Check in was fast and easy. I like the location. The room didn't have a/c and I thought that would be rough, but it wasn't bad temperature wise, however I never thought about the street noise from the open windows. The rooms and furniture are old and I know people like"new," but I got a kick out of it. The mattress seemed new and the sheets were really clean. Nothing was dirty at all. I'd stay again.
