Room was basic. Clean. 1 bed mattress pad stained. No free breakfast was not served. You had to go to the attached restaurant or elsewhere & pay.
Office was polite, but the day staff was polite, but strictly business. Beautiful 3 tier fountain out front, but not maintained.

If I could give no stars I would, let me start off by saying the front desk manager was rude and refused to give me my money back after trying to check out 4 days early. The rooms were not clean and there was food and nasty stuff on the walls were it was not cleaned,the floors were nasty and sticky.The bathroom was not clean and the shower had hair all over it and used soap,the trash can smelled so bad in the room I had to wash it out my self because there was so much on the buttons on it,I put a do not disturb on my door and they ignored that and still came into my room, they also lie about their pet policy and charged me 50$ the first night then came 3 days later saying I had to pay another 200$ for my dog that it was 50 a night witch is crazy and it is no refundable. The night desk guy is sketchy and keep asking for more money for things in our room when we payed in full for a week. I’m from out of state and couldn’t believe how me and my family were treat and how unprofessional and disrespectful and disgusting the hotel manager acted. We’ll never stay again and hope this help other out of stater to pick a better hotel and not this one.

I was a little skeptical when I read the reviews, but I am truly amazed how this experience has been. I had no issues checking in, and there were no issues extending my stay. The rooms are a little outdated but clean and cozy. The lady Jo Patel at the office was truly amazing, kind, and helpful with my situation. I will definitely book another stay here. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was adequate, yet very sparcely furnished. The service was adequate. The location is a bit to be desired, especially if you don't have a vehicle. Nearest place is Walgreens, 1.3 miles away, for any food or drink.

No es bonito. Se ve sucio. Las fotos nada tienen que ver con la realidad. Las habitaciones tienen muy mala presentación y un olor muy fuerte a humedad. Precise 2 cambios de habitación ya que en la primera había cucarachas muertas. Y en la segunda olía a casino . La tercera fue mejor pero claramente el aseo no lo caracteriza. Había un cepillo de dientes usado en la puerta tirado en el piso. Mis hijos ansiban por irse pero te amarran con una reserva no cancelable. A veces lo barato sale caro.

I wish there was 0 stars but it won’t let me. This is the rudest nasties management and ownership I have ever dealt with. From huge roaches to little bugs place smells like mold and the blame smell in customer to not return there deposit. Manager in the morning very angry human and manager at night didn’t even want to give his name. If u stay here be ready to lose your deposit and sleep with dust,mold, stained couches and mattress. Bed squeaks incredibly. When u turn on light roaches scatter like they know u coming. This is nasty place all around from management to rooms to even vending machines don’t work. Please stay away if u want to keep ur money or not then they will.

They steal your money. They discriminated me. The manager rude no respect. Poor English language speaking. Honestly they literally need to be shut down. Was my first time staying there for one night and I will never ever again in life spend my hard earn money at this roach infested hotel never again !

Room was terrible. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. Cracks in the ceiling, the Ac did not work correctly. The shower wouldn't drain, there were cords hanging from the ceiling, opening around electrical outlets. Spiders hanging from ceilings. We didn't stay there. After 30 minutes these things were discovered. They charged a card they were not authorized too. ( we changed it when we checked in.) Absolutely terrible. When we spoke to people at the hotel, they didn't seem to even care.
