2. Если в казенные номера внести уют, станет приятным местом, чтобы скоротать два года.
3. Отзывчивое комьюнити; и соли дадут и реактивный коллективный подход в решении общих вопросов: отсрочка платежей, ремонт машинок.
4. Внимательный персонал, если проявлять ответное уважение и терпение.
5. Лучшие ресторанные заведения по обслуживанию студентов unimi в относительной доступности: Milanese, Oscar, al nour, Navigli.
6. Хорошее отопление зимой и кондиционирование летом.

Из минусов: район не опрятный. Но заниженная в трое стоимость на аренду, скрашивает эту неприятность.

If you want to live the worst days of your life, go there. This is the worst residence in all of Milan. I've never seen a place so dirty.
Let me tell you about the nightmare I lived during my stay : My room was infested with bed bugs. They refused to clean, disinfect or bring in a team to disinfect. I was left to fend for myself. I had to buy a vacuum cleaner, bleach, smoke. I had to take several days in a hotel because I had been bitten by bedbugs. They would not compensate me for the products I bought to deal with this problem, nor for the hotel nights I had to spend because of them to deal with this problem, nor for the hotel nights I had to spend because of them.
Then, my stuff was eaten away by bugs. I had no clothes, almost no shoes. They refused to help me again, only the student delegates helped me but the director refused to help me.
A few months later, the floor was infested with flies, they were everywhere in the air ducts, inside the lights, in the kitchen and bathroom. They were even in the food in the kitchen in the drawers to tell you.
In short, in terms of hygiene they are very far from even the bare minimum. On the level of politeness and empathy, I would say that there is not even a level to be given as there was a total absence of politeness and empathy in relation to all these problems .
Then I went to other cities for 3/4 weeks. When I came back, I was given a warning, I was yelled at and accused of not throwing the garbage away. How do you expect me to be responsible for the fact that the garbage was not thrown away when I was not even present and I had reported my absence?
They accused me without proof just because my colleague took advantage of my absence to accuse me because she was afraid to be fired. So they almost fired me and fined me unfairly. Fortunately I had reported my absence otherwise I would have found myself on the street (again)
So that this problem does not happen again. Every time I left, I threw out everyone's trash and took a picture of it and reported it to the delegate. But he also ended up turning his back and telling me that if I was ever accused of anything, I would have to defend myself and that he would not testify.
Rodents, bugs that eat clothes, bed bugs that bite me, fly infestation in the kitchen, falsely accused during my absence and risk being evicted .
And so on. The director lied to the faculty and said that there was never a bug and that they had disinfected my room as a precaution, which is false. I tell you in this residence if you are in trouble you will have to manage alone and you will not have any help, no smile, no empathy and you will have to pay the price of their mistakes and their faults .
Finally, at the end of my stay I had my wallet stolen at the metro. I asked the reception to print a document urgently to declare the loss of my bank cards and my identity card. The only answer I got was: no.
For no good reason, they didn't even ask me how I was doing. The staff is really inhuman and incompetent.
Run away from this residence it is really the worst and the staff is pitiful
