It was easy and fast Samuel fields took the time to explain the features in the car, he even offered for us to come back the next day because we went late. He was fast to respond, he is kind, polite very professional! I have already referred multiple people who are looking for a car to him. I just leased a Palisade on Saturday. I walked in knowing what I wanted, trim, color, etc. Jack greeted me out by the cars. Through the whole process he was very low pressure and genuinely wanted to help me through the process. It is not a commission based dealership so he helped me find the palisade that checked my boxes and fit my budget that was on the lot. Then we work on customizing it with a lift and all terrain tires. The finance manager was great with explaining the lease and the docs and making sure I was comfortable. The car will go in next week for the customizations and they are putting me in another palisade while they have mine for a few day. Jack checked in with me the beginning of this week to make sure I was still happy with my car and to let me know the schedule for my upgrades. I do not feel in the dark at all and I know what to expect. Every person at the dealership was friendly and professional. They all have made this experience as stress free as possible. Go see Jack if you need a car, he is the best!

From the time we walked in the door until the end of the car sales deal we were treated with total respect, and honesty and integrity from all the people that we dealt with. Everybody had a great attitude and was willing to help and I feel like the process was really smooth and, everybody genuinely cared about our situation and I am so glad that we were able to come here to buy our car.
