Nov. 29 2024 apx 9.50 pm . Uber dropped me off out front with my 5 lb chuawua Registered in Nevada Service Animal . I had previously made reservations . Upon entry I was told no pets . No pets no pets I tryed telling the owner I have reservations . No pets no pets no pets I tryed to inform him that Piper was registered in Nevada not a pet . The owner flat out refused my entry Refused to inspect my documentation 100 percent refusal . Denied entry without any consideration . I was angry and called the police hoping they would come out and investigate and I would have a event number and proof of the owners treatment towards me. I was informed to call 311 the non emergency number . Frustrated I walked to the next business and asked if I could plug in my phone as it was about to die. It just happened to be a Hotel . They were more than happy to help as I explained to them what happoned I then called the reservation company and also noticed that they had charged me twice each time was 136.67 Twice. I was put on hold for a long time then they finally came back on. And I explained to them what happened and they coviently told me to call back at a later time . So now without enough money to rent a room somewhere else. I was forced to return to the Veteran s. Shelter and paid another 15 dollars on Uber in addiction to the 14 dollars to get there on Uber. When I finally spoke with someone in the reservation company they kept trying to tell me sorry no cancellation refunds So my payments were taken from my Chime accounts A lot of money Now here it is February the 11 th 2025 and I received the 137.67 back for the duplicate charge However I was denied by chime for the dispute I had to file with them for the original charge for the room . I still am fighting for the refund . This was in no way shape or form in any manner my fault . In fact the hotel owner broke a NRS statue that requires intry with a service animal. I am a victim . Not to mention I am a disabled US Army Veteran. Not only have I been put through emotional distress I have been Violated and made to. Feel like I m a nuisance This hotel owner should not only be fined but he should be forced to refund my money as well as the Uber money and apologize for his unprofessional and down rite rude behavior

The only good thing about this place was it's location and that it's close to the venue I went too for sick new world last April. These guys never returned my deposit. The room smelled so bad because Everytime someone from another room took a dump the water would seep into the hot tub. The shower didn't even work it looks like it hadnt worked in years. The sinks water was all dirty too. This was our only option for sick new world and wow I think I would've rather stayed in my car for what we got the carpet was from literally the 70s. I'm not even kidding. there were stains on it like if there was a crime scene there. And it gave that vibe too. The whole time it felt like someone was watching lol if you can avoid this place.. please do.

Ok, so I was on a tight budget and this was available. I'm willing to overlook a lot of stuff knowing that this is a cheap motel, but OMG this place is creepy looking. Bed was comfy and there weren't any bed bugs. Only real issue I had was the water in the shower never got hot, just kind of warm. They give you the BARE MINIMUM. Bring your own shampoo cause they don't provide it. The bathroom was extremely beat down and literally had 8 different types of tile in it from various repairs over the years. You get a bed, a night stand, a Jacuzzi tub that's literally right next to the bed, a crooked TV, a shower, a toilet, a couple towels and 2 tiny bars of soap and that's it. Btw the lobby is a smoke shop which I thought was hilarious. Overall I might stay here again in a pinch. Just set your expectations before coming here. This is easily the scummiest looking motel I've ever seen or stayed at, but at the end of the day it served my needs.

The guy in the lobby was gonna fight some one that wanted a refund because they got scammed too. We just left and didn't even check out the room. Horrible area but what was worse was that nothing online shows the right place how it is. There's a smoke shop in the lobby where the pictures online show nothing like that. Bad bad service and Horrible place. Looked dirty and not at all what we signed up for. This place is a scam and would not recommend to anyone. The people there before us wanted a refund and like I said the gentleman working there wanted to fight him. We probably would've been stuck in the middle of something crazy. But we left. Complete scam. Please don't go there if your looking for a decent place

The only thing good was the location. Close to gas station and Food (Dennys). Now for the negative:
1. TV didn’t work, the receptionist gave us a remote.. for what?! lol it did not work
2. No hot water for showering.. had to shower with the warm water from sink.. Take a Cup!!
3. No fridge
4. The front was a straight out smoke shop..
and said no smoking, but clearly dude is selling pipes and bongs from his office..
5. Moldy walls with holes
6. Ceiling bubble made from water
7. Random jacuzzi next to the bed
(looked like it was made in the 70s)
8. Stained and dirty carpet

…WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF ANYONE WANTS TO GO IN FOR A LAUGH, ALSO THE DEALS ARE SHOCKING.. YOU WILL GET SHOCKED FROM THE AC OUTLET AND CABLE BOX WHEN POWERING IT ON…

The hotel did not provide me with a room, although I paid for it one month in advance. I spoke with other actual hotel guests, and they told me that the manager offered them someone else rooms only if they paid a much higher price. DO NOT EXPECT THE HOTEL TO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION, TRY TO AVOID IT OTHERWISE YOU WILL RUIN YOUR HOLIDAYS

Do not book this “hotel”. The carpets were nasty. There was a hole in the bathroom. The tub is disgusting. We stayed one night (we were supposed to stay 4 nights) because we were tired. Immediately booked another hotel the following morning. Now they refuse to give a refund.

This little motel, is exactly what you need for a Vegas trip on a budget. It obviously is not a 5 star resort, but the room was clean, had an up to date TV, bed was comfy and good water pressure is the shower. We do wish there was at least a mini fridge and microwave. Service at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. It was in the center of the Strip to the left and Fremont on the right. Had bus stops near by, for anyone doing the bus pass route. Obviously all of Vegas has sketch people, but we felt safe in our room, not an overwhelming amount of noise and tucked away from the street. Thank you for our stay, we will come again!
