I grabbed this room for my uncle due to the hurricane. It was newly painted and had new carpet. Unfortunately, he had to clean the microwave, the TV only got one channel, there was hot water only at night, and the curtains fell down. He said that it appears that they are trying hard to get things together (new owners?), and we both agreed that any interaction we had with staff...he in person, me on the phone, everyone was courteous, helpful, and pleasant. That goes a long way these days.

I came here because I have no power at my home after Milton. I've been here 2 days and not impressed. The curtains have holes in them shower water Luke warm, no ice machine and when I called the front desk to tell them my room wasn't cleaned and I need toilet paper, towels and trash bags, I was told it's my responsibility to "catch" the cleaning lady for supplies because they don't clean the room. The outside trash cans are overflowing so can't even take my trash out. The pics on the website don't look like this place at all. The pool is green and the motel is very run down

I went to the front desk for toilet paper and was told I have to wait for maintenance and she said they were at another facility. It escalated and now she is calling police to evict me but refuses a refund. All over a roll of toilet paper. I've never seen the likes of this ever. It's all on video if you care to check but I get the feeling you don't care. She also called me an old lady. All on camera

The worst hotel I have ever stated, the second day they didn't have towels Which they'd look like they were 10 years old... roaches in the room dead. First and second day cops there's a lot of cancellations. They said in after two when we got there , they said 3:pm Which is false advertising cause under website, is says 2 PM. and we had to pay cash. The rooms are nothing like the pictures on the website completely false. No ice Some people didn't even have a t v. Had to ask for a lamp and a chair for the room. Didn't even have a garbage can the little one in the bathroom?

This place deserves a one star, if that. I don’t even care about what their response is gonna be after I post this review because they keep saying “they’ll rectify the situation” on every post but clearly nothing is working. I paid for 2 night but left after the first night. The room is absolutely FILTHY. The Tvs don’t work and they didn’t have a remote. The dead bugs everywhere. The microwave had food still inside from the last customer. I asked them to change my room and they did but with an attitude. When we asked can we at least see what the room looked like, the lady that looks like a duck told me they are going to be full and she already gave me someone’s room. Which was a lie because the parking lot was a ghost town. They gave me my $50 deposit but the nasty rooms and the lack of customer service was disgusting. I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Business and professional regulation. I’m taking it that far because they refused to refund me for a day I didn’t stay in and too many people are saying the same thing.

Booked the room on priceline for 67 bucks. Cool, rode ALL the way to the hotel just for the front desk service person to tell me I owe 19 dollars and some change.

Nope. Unacceptable and probably illegal. Contacted priceline and I’m on hold with them now.

At the end of the day, figure out your price with your partner. Second, you’re inconveniencing people who are on a budget who have pricing expectations.

Didn’t even bother to work with me, just expected me to cough up another 19 dollars. L O L.

Was asked to leave while I was on the phone with support because I wasn’t a paying customer.

Don’t go here. Totally BS and rude.

Stayed there for just one night. Saw a few roaches in the room, the fridge had a fishy smell to it, and the bath had no drain. However the bed was made nice and everything else was pretty clean. The website is a bit misleading as the pool and restaurant are NOT open. This is the kind of place you'd want to stay at only if you absolutely needed to. Otherwise, it's not worth it.

They were very friendly and worked with me with my animals. The prices were amazing and the rooms were so clean. The stuff was on point and very kind of my situation. I will return

This was the last place available when I needed a place to stay, and certainly cost more than it should have. It was dirty and run down. The desk lady told me I had to leave the keys by the TV with the curtains wide open to avoid an extra charge. Not a great system, but I abided by it. I still got an extra charge, without explanation. I disputed the charge but since I spent the night there, my credit card company couldn't do anything about it. The pillows were worn out dollar store pillows. But hey, the AC worked well.
