The noodles at Noodle Art are absolutely delicious—you can really tell they’re handmade with care. The braised beef noodle stood out with its rich, savory flavor and quickly became my favorite dish. The sweet and sour pork was decent, though a bit heavy on the sauce for my taste. Overall, we really enjoyed the food here. Just a heads-up: the service is minimal. They’ll take your order at the table, but you’ll need to head up to the counter to pay and grab your own water. Still, the quality of the food makes it worth it, and we’ll definitely be back!

听朋友推荐的，说非常正宗，做为一个土生土长的西安人，特意来亲自鉴定一下。没有失望，岐山臊子面，油泼面，凉皮，肉夹馍味道都不错。还有绿豆汤卖。主要是服务人员素质很高，让人很舒服。还会再来的，也会退款给朋友。

怎么说呢，本来是来洛杉矶玩几天，一来就去了丁胖子广场吃饭，好多年没来，停车场好多人，我还在感慨丁胖子广场又热闹了起来，兴致勃勃跟我老公一起去一面之缘吃烩面，结果我老公吃到一半跟我说面里有蟑螂，我当时吃的正香，还笑他吃饭时怎么还开玩笑，一抬头，他很严肃的看着我，我看了他面碗，结果真有一只蟑螂，我当时太难受了，凉皮瞬间不香了，跟员工说了，员工的态度很好，说给我们免单，我说这不是免单的问题，这是卫生的问题，然后跟老板通了电话，老板说我们肯定是来美国没多久，想讹钱的，让我老公尽管去走流程，说他店里有保险，不怕，哎，我这才回洛杉矶第一天，就被自己同胞气的跳脚。跟朋友说了这件事，朋友都说以后不会再来这里了，他们以前可经常来这家吃饭的。

Best Shaan Xi noodle place. Very genuine taste because I grow up with my grandparents who were from the same area. I’ve visited this place for so many times before. And I just got take out for breakfast this morning. They open at 9am by the way.

First time trying this place. I’ll give the pork burger 3/5 because the bun was a little dry, the shedding pork was pretty oily but tasty. The cold noodles with chili oil was okay. But the spicy braised beef noodles was so good, not too spicy and had a level of numbness. I’ll come again if I’m around this area!

Please double check the food box for takeout otherwise you will probably get a totally wrong order when you get home!

We truly loved this restaurant and their food in the past and often came here for lunches or takeouts. However, today we ordered two meat sandwiches for takeout, and they gave us a bowl of plain noodles instead. We drove 20 minutes home and found nothing to eat. We tried to call them to get the refund for the meat sandwiches we didn’t receive, and, they asked us to return the noodles first!? We had to drive another 20 minutes to drop the noodles otherwise there was no refund. This is server’s fault and why should the customer take responsibility?
