Ottima la posizione dell'hotel, a dieci minuti dalla Hollywood Boulevard (la famosa walk of fame) e a pochi passi da un centro con ristoranti, piccoli market ed uno Starbucks; la zona dell'albergo è molto tranquilla. Belle, pulite e spaziose le stanze; gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno. Quattro stelle per il personale alla reception, non del tutto efficiente. Consigliatissimo.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Let's start at the top.
When we arrived, we parked in the back lot and walked into the hotel. The man at the front desk was sleeping. Sleeping deep enough that he was snoring. We walked around the front desk and said "Hello" a few times to not startle him, but enough to hear. We got louder and finally knocked on the desk and he woke up.
Getting over that, we knew we would be arriving early. We asked to check in early, and they accommodated us with a $15 fee. However, they couldn't find my reservation. I booked through Agoda and he had to go find a manager to find the reservation. Then we booked for the car to be there two nights in a row, and it was $24 each night.

Let's talk about the parking.
Parking is double parked or stacked parking except for 2 spots. So if you park against the building, you have to 1. hope that the person who parked in front of you left their keys at the desk. 2. there is someone at the desk (I'll talk about this later) and/or 3. You don't have to go in a hurry for them to tow the car out from in front of you. It's also a very tiny parking lot, so I wouldn't suggest trying to park a truck, or you'll be doing an 18 point turn.

Now the room.
The room has a small refrigerator. The bed very low to the ground and it's a mattress on a frame, so no box spring. The bed was firm and the pillows provided are small and hardly filled.

There is an ottoman in the room which was in an awkward spot where we had to nearly lift it out from between the small table and the bed. Our room didn't have a suitcase rest. The closet is the biggest part of the room.

The bathroom was fine. Amenities were just fine, with soap and shampoo/conditioner in bottles in the room.

However, the deadbolt of our room didn't work. I told someone this and even showed him and all he said was "I'll have housekeeping look in the morning."

We left later and the attendant was sleeping again.
When we came back, there was a new attendant.

The next day when we left, the attendant was sleeping again. I know that this hotel reads the reviews. He, again, was sleeping so deeply that we took a photo. I am going to take the high road here and not post the photo, but should the hotel like a photo - I'm happy to provide.

When we returned on our last night, we ended up having to double park. When we walked in to give our keys to the attendant, there was no one there.

We waited for about 5-10 minutes for someone to show up. I wrote a note on a piece of paper to let them know my room, the car I had parked, and to have them call the room to get the key.

They called me about 10 minutes later and came up to get the key (this is when I showed them the dead bolt didn't work).

Honestly, I don't know how many people would have done this and waited. They might have just parked and left. This doesn't help or facilitate the parking situation - especially when you're paying for each night you're there. I can't imagine if someone had parked in front of me, and I had to leave for the airport or something scheduled.

This hotel is walking distance from everything, so that's the one perk, but there are other hotels in the area that have better service.

The hotel doesn't have keyed security for the elevator. So from my experience there is either a sleeping attendant, or an absent one multiple times a day. My hotel room didn't dead bolt. The backdoor from the parking was always open.

This didn't make me feel super safe.

I'm sure I'll get the same response for a chance for them to prove they can do better, but I don't want that. I am writing this to share my experience and help others make educated decisions on where they might want to stay.

My stay at this hotel was meant to be 1/5/25-1//10/25. However, this time frame was also within the time that we were getting evacuated due to the LA fires. Before leaving the hotel staff stated that I would be getting a refund. I have called this hotel several times and. Have been getting the run around. I stayed there three nights not the full week. Yet they refuse to refund me the rest. DON’T STAY HERE!

Hotel ligt op prima locatie wel altijd file als je met de auto weg wil. Kamer is niet
schoon. Alles was vies stoel was rampzalig net of die voor adult entertainment was gebruikt. Airco stuk zou de volgende dag gerepareerd worden niet gebeurd. Daarnaast zit ik nog steeds op m'n gereserveerde bedrag te wachten. Erg jammer.

I stayed at this place on wendsday August 14th (just one night) is August 29 today and i haven’t receive yet my $200 deposit back, I been calling and at one point they stop to answer my calls, I gave all my information and they just sent me a invoice yesterday , im not sure if they refund me just yesterdaybut the money still doesn’t show up back in my bank Account!!!!! I going to keep call, but this never happens before with any hotel!!!! I need a solution 😭

So convenient for Hollywood Bowl. Room was a little worn out, but the bathroom was nice. The review that said it is loud was right. You are right on the road, so I guess you gotta expect that. But so convenient it makes up for it. Clean. Bathroom was great.

The check-in was bizarre and there is a parking fee that was not advertised but the rooms were ok

A menos d 10 minutos andando de Hollywood Boulevard. Hotel muy modernito con habitación y baño amplios. La pega k no está muy bien insonorizado y se oye mucho el tráfico.
