Kroger must be really hurting for money. Had a coupon for 12 bucks off a $90 purchase...made sure I made it tp over 90...then I put my other coupons in first which brought down the total so that when I put my $12 coupon in it wouldn't take it. Called an attendant, he said the fine print is that it has to be $90 before taxes. Told him it was $90 before coupons were in. My goodness I'm in here several times a week, he could ha e just given it to me as a courtesy. I've had others give me a break on other coupons, so... The customer service could t help, had to get a manager. By now I've wasted $12 worth of my time and then some. Left the store disgusted and irritated. And since I'm on a roll...they never have enough of the items they give out coupons for or the items I buy the most and evidently others do as well. They must be using AI instead of a real sales and marketing person. A real person can adjust orders and shelf space quickly to respond to buying trends which equals better service. Sometimes it feels like these grocery stores hold us hostage to their bottom line.

Made our first pickup order this morning. Got a notice it was delayed until tomorrow. But then at 8:53pm got a text that it’s ready for pickup - great! Got in the car and drove over there and at 9:09pm clicked the I’m Here button - message comes up saying pickup hours ended at 9pm. Say what

Luckily we called the store and after a few minutes a nice young man said he could get us our order.

The 3 stars are all due to him. The pickup process has some bugs. One not mentioned is that the pickup location is BEHIND the store. No signs. Had to ask a young girl collecting carts from the parking lot.

Awesome sale on canned drinks! First time I've been there in a while. The courtesy clerk didn't even offer to help get my groceries to the car. Maybe that's something they don't do anymore.

The Farragut Kroger has most of what you need but may be missing some of those high priced items like steak, shrimp, and escargot because, well...Farragut.
Also, the gas station is closer to the red light than it is to the store, don't pass it up!

Had an appointment with Little Clinic due to Covid symptoms. They tested me, told me they'd send in 3 medications for me (including 2 cough medicines). Pharmacy told me I had to get filled elsewhere due to my insurance (no problem), so I go to Walgreens...Walgreens tells me that my cough medicines were never called in. Kroger Pharmacy confirmed. And the clinic is closed.

Summery: I got 5 hours of sleep last night due to my cough, I set up an appointment, I get tested, I got promised medicines for relief...and then they don't actually call them in. This is totally unacceptable. I'm at least young and healthy--what if they did this to someone with a compromised immune system?

Friendly and helpful people, especially in the butchers department. Checkout could use some work,I really get tired of having to use self check out if I don't want to wait in a huge line.

Used to love Kroger pick up. Now EVERY single time my order is delayed. Which is weird because I thought I couldn’t modify an order because you already started shopping for it….lmao. If I needed it at a later time I would have ordered it for a later time.

This Kroger sucks. I went to buy drinks that are on sale and the shelves are empty. Over half of the self checkout lines are closed. I think I will finally stop hoping they will fix these problems, and move on to other stores. There are lots of options in the area.
