A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The check-in process was the only positive thing. The room was disgusting. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, and there was a strange, musty smell that no amount of air freshener could cover up. Honestly it smelled like feces the moment you wank in.

The bathroom was a disaster. The shower barely worked. I couldn’t figure out how to close the water, and the towels were thin and stained. I couldn’t even get a good night’s sleep because the bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, and there was constant noise from the street below.
This place is a joke, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this hotel at all costs. I travel a lot and this is the wrist I ever seen. This place should not be in business.

Cheap hotel that does the bare minimum. They advertise free parking however it is extremely limited and you cannot park there until check in time at 2pm. You also cannot check in 1 minute earlier than 2pm or leave your luggage there beforehand.

After two flights and a total of 18 hours travel with two small kids aged 1 and 6 any kindness would have be truely appreciated. We kept busy for a couple of hours after our flight (we landed at 8am) to give the property as much time as possible to prepare for us. around 12:30pm we thought we would try our luck. We were turned away and told we could not leave our rental car and luggage on their property. I truely understand that there is limited parking however at that time surely everyone had checked out and it would have been nice to leave our car and take the children to get lunch and stretch their legs. Anyone who has been to the area knows it’s very difficult and expensive to find a park. When the time to check in came they did not acknowledge me until about 2:05pm despite me standing there at 2pm sharp (my husband stood holding our 1 year old in the shade of a tree as the car was an inferno, time goes slowly when you’re tired and uncomfortable) they then let me know that the room would be another 15 minute wait to prepare. I understand that things don’t always go to plan but here we were told we could not leave our car or belongings or check in a minute before 2 and then they ask us to give them the courtesy to wait. I was asked to wait in the car that was parked in the sun on a hot day when it’s past our check-in. They did not invite us to stand in the office. Owner had Indian/Pakistani heritage which seems common for this area. We stayed another 4 nights down the road in the Quality Inn ran be similar owners who were a lot more hospitable. Surely no matter your cultural background you would have the compassion to care for your guests including young children with more empathy? It’s fine to stay here for a night or two the location is great but expect the bare minimum and the old saying ‘you get what you pay for’

We chose this location as it was convenient to the locations that we wanted to visit which seemed not too bad for an older hotel. We had 2 more nights yet but we left due to a mouse in our room. We packed up & left and told management and showed proof with video. He was nice enough to call us after advising the mouse was caught but we had already booked elsewhere as we no longer wanted to stay there. Unfortunately no refund as we booked with Expedia who do not refund.

Really clean, great location, and super friendly front desk staff. You’re in the center of things here, but felt super safe. Place is a cute ocean blue on outside and nicely decorated inside.

Me and my friends got a room on last minute. It was fast and for 140 dollars per 4 people is good. The location is really close to the walk of fame. It though it would be a room a little bit nasty but I got surprised cause it was clean and pretty safe. I think it could be a good place for travelers who are in short time in LA

Pésimo hotel, aquí mi experiencia.
- La habitacion tiene un olor a tabaco y humedad insoportable.
- Las alfombras tenian manchas raras.
- El aire acondicionado no enfriaba, se apagaba solo y la habitación calentaba demasiado.
- La tina del baño no retenía el agua.
- Las lamparas tenian dañados los interruptores.
- No se podía abrir la cortina xq se veía todo de afuera y tienes 0 privacidad y la habitación quedaba super oscura.
- El parqueadero es limitado, si no encuentras te toca buscar x las afueras.
- La piscina parece bodega de sábanas sucias.
- El recepcionista poco amable.
- La televisión no permitía ver youtube ni netflix, solo canales locales muy aburridos.
- La habitación tenia CUCARACHAS.
- Las toallas son super baratas no secan nada y raspan el cuerpo.
- No tiene lavandería.
