Also bei aller Liebe.

It is a nice hotel with great service, a great exercise room, a great pool (even though it officially closes at 10 p.m., I was in the pool at 12 a.m. myself), great breakfast (since my family is Jewish and only eat kosher, we only had water and cereal which was delicious), and great hotel staff.
However, there is a few points which caused the stay difficult that I would like to point out:
1- there were barely any lights in the room and was very hard to see.
2- there was one little ac vent for the entire room which is clearly not adequate since the room was always hot.
3- the key cards kept on stopping to working tens of times each day because "it got demagnetized", and each time we had to go to the front desk to get it "magnetized".
In short, it is a nice hotel but needs some upgrades in the lighting, ac, and key card system, which is why I am giving only a 3-star rating.

My wife and I were in Suite 626 from August 25th to August 31st and could not have been happier with our stay. |Having stayed here often over the years, we always thoroughly enjoy our time at the Hilton Boca Suites, and this certainly was no exception.|While it is great to see the improvements being made to the physical structure, (new doors, fans, furniture, paint, etc.) it is the entire staff that makes one feel at home and look to return. From the front desk staff at check-in, the housekeeping staff, (our room was SPOTLESS with everything in working order), the breakfast team including Tony and Louis who cooked a delicious start to our day as well as Melinda who provided our table service with a smile and welcome each morning, and to the bartenders at the happy hour whose service was top notch.|A special thanks to Paige who went out of her way to make our stay special and most memorable, especially on our anniversary. Thank you!|While it is very important that a hotel is in good condition and clean, it is the staff that makes one feel at home and want to return. |We look forward to our next stay and seeing all of you again.

I give our room about a 3. Rooms were small could use some touches. Bathroom although clean “I hope” looked dirty. Rust spots. The room felt like it was dirty to me. We brought our dog and initially we were told the pet fee was 75$ and that was quoted by someone at their front desk. The pet fee was actually 125$. When we called to inquire they stated it was on their website at 125$. Well you would think the front desk would of known this when we booked. Nonetheless less if you looking for a motel 6 type room you might like this place.

HORRENDOUS STAY!! No air conditioning through the night and room was 79 degrees. Turns out the AC was not working in many rooms but was not notified. Toilet did not refill unless you took off the top of the bowl and pressed down on the refill pipe. I guess you have to do it yourself here, a Hilton perk. Went to work out in the morning and still no AC in the exercise room. No problem, I love working out in a room that is a humid 88 degrees, made my 79 degree room seem refreshing. Here is what I suggest, maybe a name change from Hilton to Glades Road Motor Lodge, to reflect the true quality of the establishment. I HAVE TO ADD HOW POOR THIS HILTON REALLY IS. I CALLED THE NUMBER TO DISCUSS THE STAY (WHICH THEY ASKED) AND WAS PUT ON ETERNAL HOLD. AS A HILTON HONORS MEMBER I WOULD SAY THIS IS PROBABLY THE WORST HILTON THAT LIKELY EXISTS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AT SOME OTHER ESTABLISHMENT.

I struggled between eating a 3 or 4, only because of exceptional service. I find that rare these days. From the front desk staff to housekeeping to the restaurant, we couldn’t have had more attentive or kind service from a five star hotel.
On the plus side - Free parking is helpful, location is just 10-12 minute drive from the beach. Rooms are very quiet. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was attentive, fast and polite.
Disappointing - the restaurant closes at 9pm on weekends. No bar to sit and enjoy the beautiful ‘lakeside’ courtyard. All the balcony rails were in some state of repainting, which is needed! Maybe finish a full floor before going on to touch up and start others? Rooms were very average.
Decent value for the price. Not sure we will return soon.

This hotel provided a functional stay for our family attending a local sporting event. However, the property appears dated and could benefit from renovations. Unfortunately due to the nature of our stay, going to another hotel was not an option
Positives:
*Large property suitable for large groups (i.e. sports team)
* Free alcoholic beverages offered during complimentary reception hours, but this was the only time the bar was even open.
* Pleasant areas to relax near the lake.
* Daily housekeeping was provided, but room cleanliness was questionable for some in our party.
* Breakfast: Satisfactory quality with excellent servers.
* The hotel is conveniently situated near various sports complexes.
*
Negatives:
* Property condition: The property is outdated and in need of renovation. While renovations were underway during our stay, we were not informed beforehand, leading to unexpected noise disruptions. The humidity and age of the hotel have also affected the condition of the hallways and guest room (including our door, which was rusty, had peeling paint, and was difficult to close properly).
* The photos online do not accurately reflect the actual accommodations. Queen beds were actually doubles, which limits sleeping arrangements
* Check-out flexibility: Despite requesting a late check-out due to our sports schedule, the staff granted an extension to noon. At 11:18, we received a call and were then pressured to vacate the room by 11:30.
Overall:
While the hotel met our basic needs for a short stay, it fell short of expectations for a Hilton brand property, especially considering the price point.

7 floor hotel, with only 2 elevators, one of the elevators is out of service most of the time. The decor inside is very dated. The plastic plants inside are covered in dust. Breakfast is free, which is nice. Free drinks from 5:30pm til 7:30pm is great. Plenty of parking outside.
