Il parcheggio è comodo e gratuito. La camera ampia e ben pulita. Ottimo il servizio, la colazione è stata abbondante. Ottimo il prezzo.||L'albergo non è lontano dalla spiaggia tra la 5th avenue e la 7th. la sabbia è finissima l'acqua è molto calda e facciamo il bagno con i pellicani che pescano da vicino.

Hotel molto comodo da raggiungere dall'autostrada, vicino a centri commerciali e ristoranti. Stanze ampie e confortevoli, letto comodo e pulizia impeccabile. Personale al desk, sia al momento dell' arrivo che della partenza, molto gentile e premuroso. Colazione compresa nel prezzo, ottima e abbondante. È' sicuramente un hotel da consigliare.

Buon hotel sulla Interstate 75, non molto vicino al centro di Naples (dove peraltro non c'è nulla da vedere), ma comodo se il giorno dopo si riparte perché si trova proprio sulla strada principale. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, tranquillo, colazione in classico stile americano (quindi: nulla di che...), un hotel sicuramente da consigliare per chi si trova nei paraggi di Naples e deve pernottare in zona.

After a long, difficult travel experience, what a pleasant greeting from Al at the front desk at the Hampton Inn I-75. My son and I experienced multiple delays on arrival, and my wife called in advance to ensure our room was secured. She spoke with Al, who was calming and assured her my booking was available. Upon checking in, Al was happy, moving to the beat of the overhead music and an overall joy to see as he went above and beyond to get us settled in our rooms quickly and explained all the perks available during our stay. This Hampton Inn will be our sole booking destination to stay when visiting our son in school. To Hampton Inn leadership, keep doing what you are doing with staff like Al. He is top-notch.

Very nice employees Al Nelson was very helpful and ensured that the room we needed was reserved. Robin was such a sweetheart and on top of it and had the keys ready as it was a late check-in. The room was very nice and clean with a very relaxing setup. I would recommend them to anyone and would stay there again if I need to take another trip to Naples.

The big guy at front desk has zero customer service skills. We entered the hotel on Saturday June 1st around 8 o’clock. There was no one at the front desk for about 5 minutes. Then the guy came very slowly out from somewhere from the breakfast area without apologizing gave a key to the room. When we entered the room, it was very hot in there. We checked the air conditioner, it was set up at 64 but air conditioner wouldn’t turn on, only made clicking noises. So we had to go back and when entered the elevator the first floor button would not work. We switched the elevator. When came to the front desk the guy wasn’t there again! We had to wait for him another 5 minutes. When he finally came back I told him about the room and elevator, he never even looked at me. He told us that we just don’t know how to turn on the air conditioner but he will switch room for us anyways. Next morning breakfast staff were not friendly either. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Impressed with how well we were treated by staff, easy to get to right off the highway, yet didn't hear any traffic overnight. Slept very well and their breakfast had a large amount of choices.

I had just arrived for my 1 night stay, and I am very disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of this hotel. My first room was 323 and the room had brown residue on the sheets. I was then switched over to room 318 in which the A/C was not working and there were BUGS crawling on the A/C unit, walls, phone, and bed, and this was supposed to be a relaxing stay, but it was anything but that. I sent the manager, Ms. Harris an email with the pictures and called, still no contact has been made. I even spoke wirh Ms. Harris on the phone, but to no avail. I'm very disappointed, and still no word from the property GM. Don't stay at this hotel. It's unsafe and unsanitary.
