The hotel management and staff were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant experience. The coffee was delicious and available all day as well as refreshing water and hot water. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold food choices and juices.
The rooms are VERY clean and were recently remodeled. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are convenient pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. There is a body lotion pump as well. There is a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker in our room with a few other amenities.
The hotel offers a clean fitness room with a variety of exercise machines and equipment. The location is perfect for us as we are here as out-of-state guests for a wedding. Our local wedding relatives inquired about this motel since they have never stayed here, and we were able to give them a top recommendation for this motel as well for future reference. We would definitely stay here again on our next return trip.

We could not be more thankful for this hotel. Our home was severely damaged from the hurricane, 2 of our 3 cars were hit by a tree and not drivable, we live on a well and were out of power for 5 days. The staff here were all so sweet and professional. The free breakfast was delicious. The beds are so nice and the rooms were impeccably clean. We needed something to go right after everything we have been through and the stress from this hurricane has been horrible. Alisha at the front desk was great, and really everyone was. She helped us to extend our stay and was super helpful and nice. We will always come here now. Thank you to everyone for being so amazing, kind, and helpful during our stay here.

Stayed in room 209...The bathroom was dirty, so I had to clean it myself before using it. Housekeeping didn't even put hand towels back correctly, and didn't put towels where they were supposed to go so they could be reached. A note for the Internet was left on the bathroom floor. The bathtub faucet comes out of the wall when you pull the stopper for a shower. The only good thing about this room is the bed was comfortable.

Booked the room a month out for wedding. 2 dbl beds for 3 people.
Hotel messed up booking and gave us one king bed and a horrible roll away. Said they were booked. Only offered $20 off the $500 for two nights bill!!!! I will never stay there again. Room was fine but I founds someone’s shorts behind the fridge .

Poor service and facilities. Elevator was out of order and hotel did not notify me in advance. The clerk did not offer a room on the first or second floor.

Next day there was no hot food and anyone in the breakfast area. I asked the clerk at the desk and he said that the person called out.

Spoke to the manager the next day and he said she had car problems and couldn’t make it in.

Poor management and communication. I would not recommend this hotel although it’s the only hotel in the area.

We took our grandson to a retreat at St. Leo's Abbey that he had to be at by 8:30 and arrived at the hotel around 8:45. We had reservations and I knew the normal check in time was 4:00 pm. I had previously called and was told that we could arrive early and ask if a room was available. We spoke to Kansara and were told that the hotel had been booked the night before and there were no rooms cleaned yet. I told him we fully understood but would it be ok to just wait in the lobby. He said absolutely and to please go enjoy coffee and breakfast. He came over to where we were sitting a little while later and told us he was having a room cleaned right away for us and would let us know when it was ready. How wonderful! We were checked in and in our room within 30 minutes. The hotel is very clean, the room is spacious and clean and the breakfast served was very good. In our opinion Kansara went above and beyond to be sure he provided us with an excellent experience. We will definitely stay there again when we are in that direction.

Front staff is excellent but the elevator is down a lot. Down for the 4th week now. Now to top it off, internet and TV is out, so no relaxing in your room and watching a show before watching.
Prices are up and down all the time. Stay here every week but time to find a new Hilton Hotel.
