I have been trying to get my $100 deposit back for my stay ending on the 9th over a week now. I called on the 13th and was assured that my money will Be deposit back into my bank account. Now today on the 16th, when trying to let the Lady know that I talk to her a few times already and she gave me an email that was not understandable to contact and request my money back this is after she tried to blame Chase for the issue. I asked her to repeat it please then She (hung) up on me, advising me that she had a customer in front of her and did not have time to take care of my issue and I assured her that I will be calling back today. I am not a California resident so I can’t come in personally to handle this matter or I would have been there already

They will try to steal your deposit until you harass them about it. Do not make your deposit in cash or else you won’t be able to have your bank deal with it for fraud.

They tried to do this with my elderly mom who does not speak English well! She was almost scammed paying for a room for my family member. When you call, that woman IS their manager so when she says her manager isn’t there, she is lying.

Booked it for 7 days, honestly it ain't that bad kind of liked the area, and the hotel. My children were making too much noise that the front desk just moved us to another floor with no extra charge.

Okay first off, I did not think I was safe to sleep thru the night but it’s not bad.
Behind the building Is a shopping center which you wouldn’t think it is a bad area.
I stayed in the first floor which I personally found out later from the front desk the nice rooms are on the 3rd floor and the reason the ground floor rooms are worn down is because they get the most used, which makes sense.
I needed first floor so I can imagine other guests also like the convince of first floor.
So there was NO full

So good thing I had already had my outfits picked out and knew what I looked like in them.

Yes there was a mini frig and microwave.
The AC unit was old and dusty but you know what, it worked and that’s the main thing!

Window was unlocked because housekeeping had left it open to air out so had i noT checked myself THE windows were unlocked and not safe.
When I arrived people where hanging out in the car like some lowlifes who probably rent the room to get on a plane and party like a junkie so that was sketchy at first but then those people left inside the room
Or either left because I didn’t remember the car but I knew my prayer to God almighty the most high was going to protect us 🙌🏼🙏🏼
I gave $100 cash deposit and received it back at check out with no issue. I was here 2 nights.
Very convenient to food and gas station.
Regardless of the light stains from other reviews,
This was a decent hotel and again the front desk said the better rooms are on the 3rd floor and 2nd.
Also the new name is called GateWay Inn Gardena, no more Rodeway.

El lugar tiene una buena relacion,precio calidad. La atención es muy buena,el muchacho que nos atendio fue muy amable. Hablan español e inglés. El parqueadero es gratis y es en frente de las habitaciones. Las habitaciones son comodas,el baño estaba muy limpio. Queda cerca de varios restaurantes,y del sofi stadium. Muy complacida con mi visita!

Horrendous place and experience. I should have known when I booked on Expedia and did not check the reviews on Google. The customer service is appalling and this is another outfit not run by professionals. Made us wait outside to check in and their gates are locked until they "confirm" the reservation. Absolutely do not recommend. My colleagues needed a place close to work to stay and please do NOT USE this outfit.

I was sleeping and the hotel front desk called me to my room at 9am asked me if I’m going to book one more night, I believe check in at 3pm and check out at 11am and if you exit late you will be charged $10 per hour and I believe I paid $100 for security deposit, and i hanged the don’t disrupt on the outside door, this workers need to smile little bit and greet their guests, if they can’t do it leave your spot to others who can be more responsible
