第一次來此用餐，中午12點多牛雜賣完有點失望！本來想吃海鮮腐竹捲，服務生卻拿來香菇肉餡清蒸腐竹捲，醬汁太鹹，肉多吃了很膩口！燒賣，排骨肥肉多不喜歡，六道小點加上二人茶水加稅$38塊多，給了服務人員現金$100結帳卻久等不到找錢回來…只好自己到櫃檯領回！但這和二十幾年前在住家附近吃的同家分店差很多！年輕服務生不如中老年人服務生認真積極…小費照給，但感嘆餐點沒有以前那麼多選擇了…
再訪，孩子吃得很開心，甜食孩子喜歡，炸海鮮捲內容有點空虛，裡面似乎加了美奶滋醬，拿來時冷了不好吃..

Went there for a friend's birthday party.
Located inside the 99 Ranch plaza.
Plenty of free self parking.

The restaurant is located at the top floor. The plaza is undergoing much needed renovation.

The host was welcoming and we were quickly seated. The waiter was very friendly, and made recommendations.

It's a very large restaurant. Great for groups. It can be sectioned off to accommodate private parties or weddings.

The food was good but for the price I think it could be better. Especially with so much competition from other near by restaurants.

Delicious authentic Chinese food with very large selection to choose from. The service was kind of slow, but they were pretty busy so it's understandable. Will definitely be back to try more dishes that I have never seen before in other authentic Chinese restaurants.

Great dimsum place in SG Valley! The place is huge so the wait time isn’t too bad. The food was also great, I prefer this style where they bring the food out on the carts for you to choose instead of ordering directly from them. This is an authentic dim sum experience! It gets super busy during the weekend, so their service was a bit slow, but totally understandable.

Classic Cantonese restaurants for over 2 decades… came here for dim sum all the time and sometimes dinner.. tonight is dinner.. love the ginger & scallion oyster, steamed sea bass , and deep fried lobster with garlic & jalapeño… ..

The lobster we ordered, after we took the first bite, we realized was rotten and tasted raw. When we pointed this fact out to two waiters, neither one acknowledged the lobster was bad but simply argued that we had started eating it.

When I offered to let the waiters try the lobster themselves to deter in the freshness and rawness, they responded with “why would we eat that? You just said it’s not good.”

We unfortunately had been told to pay up front because of a potential blackout due to the nearby Eaton Canyon fires today, and they refused to do anything about the lobster because they already had our money.
