Wow! Just wow! Casa Braeside is stunning inside and out. Tasteful comfy decor in a beautiful, tranquil setting. Loved Al fresco meals on the various outside dining areas. A jump in the pool was refreshing after a day spent discovering all the quaint nearby medieval towns. Hosts are amazing and happy to share daytrip ideas and great local dining suggestions. Book it! You won’t regret it! My family can’t wait to go back!

What a divine country retreat in a beautiful part of Italy. We spent a full week exploring the countryside, eating fantastic food in typical and wonderful restaurants and at home - the pool was a refreshing and restoring treat after a morning exploring the beautiful towns in close proximity. The owners were so kind with recommendations and tips to experience hidden treasures in the area. And in the scorching summer heat, the house remained refreshingly cool (and bedroom air con made sleeping a dream). I would highly recommend Casa Braeside for a taste of an authentic Italian country house retreat with all the amenities of home.

We had a fantastic time at Casa Braeside. The villa itself is stunning with wonderful views and dramatic scenery. It is beautifully decorated and immaculate throughout. The beds in particular were very comfortable. The inside is very spacious as is the outside with several dining areas and a wood-fired pizza oven. The pool certainly is the star attraction. It is a really good size with its own outdoor dining area set in the beautiful surrounding gardens . The location is fantastic with the many surrounding towns such as Orvieto, Bagnoregio and Todi within easy reach along with easy access to Rome. The hosts were excellent overall and very receptive to all of our our queries. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Braeside.The hosts were really helpful and responsive, the house is comfortable, beautifully decorated and the the pool and garden are wonderful. The photos just don’t do it justice. Our favourite part was having drinks on the veranda looking at the amazing sunset view. There are so many things to see and do in the area that we'll definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Amazing experience - the villa has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We spent 2 weeks in August here and can wholeheartedly recommend a family holiday stay in Casa Braeside.
