The rooms were clean. Water pressure was good. It was convenient for me. However, the rooms are a bit dated and need freshened. But for the price it was really great. And I love the automated check-in and check out. When you get a discounted rate. You shouldn't expect the higher end items. I'm a frequent traveler as well or was until I retired and it's certainly not Marriott quality, but it's a place to sleep, shower, shave and make coffee and breakfast in the morning.

I was so pleasently surprised!! The room was very clean and smelled great when we walked in. There were ample towels stocked for the pool and showers. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The grounds were so clean and quiet and the pool was very relaxing. We had a room right next to the courtyard which was very charming. And we were able to park right out front of our room.

My one hang up is that the TV is not a smart TV. It would have been nice to stream shows to relax at night. But that's a personal preference. The rooms are a little outdated.

Cute hotel and rooms, excellent pool. Had everything i needed plus full size coffee maker. Air Conditioner was great with remote , very quiet unit. Could hear the road noise early evening but that was ok. The Italian restaurant next door was great as well.

This motel was recommended by a friend who had recently stayed here due to location, price, and newly renovated rooms. Therefore, I booked a room using Motel's website for accuracy. I chose a queen studio that stated it was newly renovated and located by the pool. However, I was given a King ADA that had not been renovated and was not by the pool. I was greeted by text from the owners upon arrival and mentioned my concern in a very clear reply. I did this twice and made it clear that the room was incorrect. I received no apologies or offer to correct. However, due to simplicity and the fact that I work from home and needed the room promptly for my computer set up.... I chose not to push the issue. The owners did let me know it was time to check out with a choice to stay longer at an additional fee. Be aware that if you plan on staying here, there is a big difference in the quality of rooms, depending on renovations. I'm a frequent traveler. And I'm very forgiving and understand that things can change. But the lack of apology or accountability was not what I would call acceptible. The bed in the room was so hard. It was like sleeping on a table. It was very old. And the shower was hideous. The shower curtain left no room for you to shower without touching the cheap plastic liner. We did enjoy the pool, despite the room not being located at the pool, as we had booked. I hope this info helps the next person upon booking.

My wife and I loved our stay here. The hotel is a little dated, but it’s upkept very well. The service is top notch. They keep a direct line of communication open with their guests and it made it really easy to request things like sugar or water. The property manager on site was instant with his responses and delivery of the aforementioned sugar or water or whatever. My wife and I would return, but hopefully we could see the bathrooms renovated in the future.

Our stay here was perfect! We rented the apt which had two rooms and a kitchen/living room. It was perfect for my family and the beds were comfortable! The rooms were all clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning! Great location to the chimney rock village.

The room was small and cozy. Very clean. Didn't need anything in the hotel closet but some extra washcloths but I loved this hotel had that. Loved the doggie run for my two babies. Met Terry the manager and he was very nice. Only one thing I would suggest is install a plug in outlet for hair dryers in bathroom. Stayed two nights and would come again should I come back soon.

It was an amazing stay everything was wonderful from the online check-in to check out.
Spacious and clean room. To cool astetics of the awesome boutique style property complete with a awesome pool that has a waterfall and a bench underneath. Plenty of seating around pool deck. Clean 24hr laundry. (Cha'ching !!! Save that $$ money for doing stuff)
Such a warm welcome from everyone, management and staff alike. We actually felt like family staying there. Received a great recommendation for a local Beach called Upham Beach.
We had such a wonderful time with our two children, two and six they/we never wanted to leave.
Truly a wonderful stay we can't wait till we can book again!!!
Must have looked at least 150 different properties online before we booked there and we're so glad we chose the Blind Pass Resort you should too!!!
