I am so pleased with our stay here. The hosts were accommodating and understood our need to find a cabin ASAP that night. They placed my family in an amazing cabin that created a core memory for our children! The area was clean, well-maintained, with plenty of activities to do and a spotless wash house. The bathrooms were incredibly clean, and the laundry room was well-kept. While we waited for our laundry, the kids enjoyed the lawn games provided near the wash house.

The cabin we rented had a gorgeous view of the pond and its own private fire pit. It was a wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to go back!

Spent one night here and everything was great. The man who took our reservation and checked us in was friendly and helpful. The site was level, fairly spacious and shaded. Hookups worked great. We took our two beagles to the dog park and also walked the wooded trail behind the pond. The campground backs to Interstate 29, but we didn’t hear much traffic noise and it was extremely easy to access the campground from the interstate. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed one night during our cross country trip. The management was super kind and helpful! The grounds were pretty and well maintained. Campsites are fairly large but you will be RIGHT next to someone. We had a good time and would come back if in the area!

Cons - the walk to the bathroom was long and up a big hill (not fun for night trips). Also just an FYI - if you are showering next to someone at the same time in the women’s bathroom, their shower water does pool into your shower (I experienced this in the middle shower).

Really loved this campground. First place we stayed on our cross country journey where people were friendless and talked. Long heaven road to get there but it is pretty smooth and bump free. Roads are narrow in camp grounds I strongly suggest if you are newer to towing or driving a big rig, have someone get out and direct you down roads and in to spot. We were met with someone trying to leave who couldn't back up and I'm still newer so backing around a corner uphill was going to be a disastrous 100 point turn but luckily a really nice man came and got in my truck even though my intimidating dogs were in it and backed me up and set me up for my spot. We fit in our space nicely and it was our best night yet on this road trip. The lake is peaceful, the owners are so nice, it was quiet, clean and all kept. Also our first night the dogs slept all night! Will stay here again even if it's out of our way.

Had a very nice stay at the AOK Campground! Stayed in their cabin-small but perfect! Very clean, the owners are very nice and caring. The public showers and bathrooms were clean and taken care of. It's a beautiful park. Will definitely come back to stay!! ?

I wanted to like this campground more than I did. I really want to give it 3.5 stars.
Pool was clean, playground was decent.
All night laundry was a plus. However no change machine so I only could do two loads.
I wish I knew that all the campsites are doubles where you park head to toe with another camper. You are within inches of each other which was new to us. Also grass between sites was shared for fire ring picnic table.
Noise from the road was bad at all like other reviews made it sound.

Very nice, well maintained campground. Bathhouse was clean with great water pressure. Small pool next to bathhouse. Owners/hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Close to I29 with easy on/off access. Easy drive to St Joseph and local attractions.

We only stayed for a night but found the campground to be very clean and well cared for! Our site was very nice and we liked that we had a small yard area to sit and enjoy the shade! Friendly owners.
