I am retired and have a small business where I sell jewelry online. I didn't have a place to send my customers for jewelry repair or appraisals until the day one of my customers contacted me about A and F Jewelers at the Independence Mall. She was impressed with the price they quoted her to size her sterling silver ring. As we all know sizing sterling silver jewelry is very expensive, more expensive than gold at times. But A and F Jewelers had the best prices in town. My customer is a bargain shopper and when she said A and F Jewelers has the best prices in town I as a business owner listened. Later after she got her ring back she was not only impressed but excited. The work they did on her ring was quality work and at an affordable price. The customers service was friendly and very helpful. Just listening to her excited made me excited. I trust my customers and they trust me therefore I will be sending all my customers their way for jewelry repairs and appraisals. She also said they had a variety of affordable jewelry. Jewelry stores with these wonderful qualities don't come around everyday. Thank You A and F Jewelers for looking out and taking care of my customers too.

This business just let some random man pretending to be my husband (I'm not married) spent $1086 on a card he had printed with no name. My info is in square and the owner just let a man buy items and leave with no questions asked, even though he has my info in square and obviously that wasn't me. Be aware they were very rude when I called asking about the transaction.

Overpriced. The other jewelry stores in the first floor of the mall sell better quality jewelry and cost less also. Owner refused to refund my money back the SAME DAY the chain was bought. I recommend you to look around different stores before you decide on buying from this company.

Just bought a gold necklace here today and it started falling apart before i even wore it. Went back and tried to get a refund and they dont do refunds. They exchanged it out for a new one and its falling apart as well and they said theres nothing else they will do besides fix it. Terrible place. Dont buy from here.

Owner quoted $84.00 for a Chain to my son, then charged him $184.00. Owner refused to refund the money back and kept the chain! Would not recommend anyone shopping here.

Very happy with my purchase my wife bought me a beautiful gold rope from them and some diamond earrings for our anniversary she was treated right didn't change her like crazy I actually went back to the same store looked at a pendant for the chain one week went back got a better deal and bout the pendent and absolutely love it thank you Rick!
