First of all they lied about having an open pool on a really hot day and second the front desk Indian lady is very rude and gives horrible customer service. She should get another job if she doesn’t like it. I asked her if the pool was open and all she could tell me was that it’s a private pool but it’s part of the motel so it doesn’t make sense. And it’s advertised online too. Then I asked her once again a few minutes later when I saw her throwing trash outside and all she could say then was that she doesn’t know with a dumb little smile. Don’t waste your money here.

I booked a room on line, trough Expedia, The room was Big, but filty with nasty odor, I was wearing white socks and got all kind of garbage and hairs on my feet. The recliner chair was so dirty and stained! the internet was very slow, refrigerator not working. The hotel is advertised with swimming pool, but the pool section is locked, I called to ask about the pool and the man didn't even apologized, said: "its's closed."This place it's dirty and gross! I will not recomend it to nobody.....

They lie on the ad about wifi and pool

Dont expect Wifi. It doesnt really work - it is 0.5 Mbps speed and take ages to open websites. Dont expect Pool - It is not available to guests. Other reviews said the same . People complain that pool is closed.

Staff is rude and dont fix anything you ask them to fix.

My son and I rented a 2 queen non-smoking room online. It was decent sized, but it was filthy inside. They hadn't cleaned the toilet, and I found a cigarette butt on the floor in the bathroom. I went to the front counter to express my displeasure, the manager came out, I told him what I found. He asked if I thought he personally had put it there! I said, it did not matter who put it there, the fact of the matter was that it WAS THERE. They gave us the room next door. It was much better. The furniture was old, stained, and looked as if they picked it up in a neighborhood after college kids left town. Bear in mind that the room was only $75. I guess you get what you paid for. And the liquor store next door.... Way overpriced! There was a big shopping center a block or two away though, with lots of restaurants in shopping, I think I even saw a movie theater there.

I hardly ever leave reviews especially on hotels however this one needed to be done, the front desk lady was rude as f! No hi or welcome not even a smile. Walked in to the room and it was decent (that’s even a stretch) I needed to shower and thank gos I let the water run there was a freakin hair ball and some type of bug (99% sure it was a roach) I didn’t even want my kids taking a shower there. Hair on the beds still and blankets that were thin af. Def don’t recommend

I put 5 stars because I have been on the road for 40 days for work, and this hotel is not that bad. When entering the room, it was a little stuffy, but left door open with A/C on, and it aired out(5 minutes).. Went to dinner around the corner and came back, and it's a lot better. Really, no complaints. It's better than a lot of hotel/motels I have been in the past 45 days across america . I would recommend this place. Room 209 was in good shape besides it being stuffy when first entering. There Alot of places to choose from to eat at. I actually walked to a place called Fire Wings, and it was about 10 minutes or .5 miles away. (Walking).

You get what you pay for. The staff is nice but not the cleanest and the place is falling apart. There is plenty of parking and a liquor store in the same lot. Even though it says breakfast is provided, it's not. It's a motel and you can hear all your neighbors.

(I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL) WHY ? I’m currently staying in room 111 it’s a suit room and I haven’t even been staying here for more than 5 hours an I already seen 3 roaches the walls are dirty like if someone threw food or soda an didn’t get clean the ac filters are dirty I hear sounds in the room the floors are filthy I called to get a different room they told me they only have 2 bed available I told them it’s fine I’ll take it then I heard him telling a woman in the background in a different language but sounded mad n he told me I had to pay 20 dollars more like what the heck I told him why I didn’t knew your suites are infested of roaches he said with his excuse other people come in and they bring them in ok but your supposed to be in charge of it so it won’t spread he got mad and I told him I’m not paying 20 dollars more I have babies an I don’t want roaches to go in their ears he was so rude he said u can check out or pay and theirs no refunds I just hung up on him because they are useless and rude I do not recommend this hotel to No one at all
