I stayed at this hotel for two nights. It is dingy, but for the price point, that was not surprising. The toilet had to be flushed three times every time I used it for the contents to be flushed. The bathroom light was so hot and old, I'm sure it's a huge energy suck.

While I was there, I worked in the room, popped out a few times to eat, and slept. The one bright spot here was the jacuzzi in the common areas, which I used once.

Two days after checking out, I got a charge for $75 on my credit card. The hotel claimed I BURNED THEIR LINENS AND COULD NOT PROVIDE PROOF. This is a flat out lie.

Avoid at all costs. This "cheap" hotel stays in business by pulling stunts like this.

People look for different things in hotels. I wanted easy parking. Check. Perfect, parking was generous and large spots, easy access to hotel. I appreciated the general feeling of space throughout the halls, lobby, rooms. Don't often get that these days. I appreciated the little amenities, like coffee in the Lobby. And I really appreciated that cleanliness and staff. The price was competitive. And so many rooms, I think I could get a room any time. Just perfect for me.

They were our saving grace when we evacuated from the Eaton Fire with our dog. Super accommodating and friendly however there is a roach problem that they must addressed. My husband woke me up at 1230a with a roach crawling on him in bed next to my sleeping three year old. Needless to say I didn't sleep that evening. If they could resolve that issue the place could be a decent place to stay when passing through. Again appreciate their hospitality during a tragic time for the family.

The experience was okay occasional wallpaper from the wall peeling off. Maintenance guy came to fix a door problem that was nice but my Biggest problem was trying to contact the hotel to figure out what happened with my deposit I gave as I haven’t received it in almost 3 weeks now I have tried calling it’s been ringing for the past 6 minutes and NO ANSWER VERY unprofessional and at first I said to myself I would stay here again but never again would I because of the lack of communication.

Great location.
- Breakfast: coffee, tea, and poptarts
- Room: the water is colder than lukewarm, but warmer than cold. There were three people taking shower but the water never got warmer above a certain temperature. I think the management/owner restricted the temperature to save the operation cost.No screen to prevent bugs from coming in when you open the window.
- Good parking lot- spacious.

I ha e been here for 5 weeks due to business. It might, only have a 2 star rating but, this place is absolutely fantastic. Front desk, staff here is better than any 3, 4,or 5 star resort i,have stayed in. The rooms are spotless and housekeeping is amazing. Absolutely would stay here on future business and personal trips. I stayed in room 113 and everything was great.

I stayed at a 3-star hotel, so I wasn't expecting 5-star service. However, I am rating this lower for two reasons:

On the morning of August 1, 2023, I reported finding a bug in the bed to the front desk. I showed the young lady a picture and expressed concern that it might be a bed bug. My two young children had a few red bumps, although I couldn’t confirm if they got them at the hotel. She said someone would investigate and call me back that afternoon, but I never received a follow-up. What bothered me most was that she didn’t apologize or show any concern. It felt more like she was reciting a script than engaging in normal human communication.

When I checked in late on July 29, 2023, I was assigned a room with a balcony almost completely blocked by a wall. The staff member said the wall would help prevent too much sunlight from entering the room and claimed this was an upgrade. If that’s the case, by that logic, basement suites with small or no windows would be considered premium upgrades.

Last week we took a trip to Universal Studios in Hollywood and we booked this hotel for 2 nights. The price is quite reasonable and close to where we wanted to go.
This is a big apartment complex, we're on the third floor, there are plenty of parking spaces to park every night.
This is an old complex but well kept, clean inside and outside. The front desk people are quite pleasant and helpful.
Although it's old, and would have gotten a 5 stars if the shower was good, but it wasn't, the water pressure is very weak, the hot and cold water don't mix well, on and off. The shower head is so small with poor water coming out. I like a nice shower after a long day outside, but this didn't do it for me.
The room is efficiently big for 4 people, the AC works extremely well especially on hot days, the fridge is cold.
Over all the place is nice, close to Starbucks and Jack in the Box. I walked to get coffee every morning, although there is coffee in the room and on the front desk area.
The Ice machine on the 3rd floor doesn't work so we had to walk down to the 2nd floor.
The beds are quite comfortable.
One thing I didn't like was parking fee $10/night. This is totally unreasonable, may be I didn't read the fine prints when I booked this place or may be how all the hotel in Glendale do that.
The Wifi is good even on the third floor.
Will we come back here again, we don't think so, because we do like a nice shower every night and morning and this place doesn't provide that.
