Eravamo di passaggio in California per il nostro viaggio di nozze ed abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti in formula suite con colazione. Niente da dire sulla stanza, la colazione discreta; un piccolo neo e' che si trova fuori da Los Angeles pertanto forse non è consigliato a chi non ama fare lunghi tragitti in autobus per raggiungere il centro. Ad ogni modo ci ritorneremmo.

Camere spaziose, pulite, con soggiorno con divano, tavolo, microonde, macchina caffè, frigo, tavola stiro, piscina. Personale gentilissimo e in una posizione strategica! Circondato di parchi divertimento e vicinissimo a Disneyworld

My family & I stayed in a 2 bed suite with a pull out couch and it was the worst 2 day stay of our lives. Starting from the time we checked into the room at 7pm , the thermostat was stuck at 69° and the room felt icy cold. We tried to bump it to 80°!!! to get some heat but the heater didn’t work at all. We tried to call downstairs from the phone in room to no avail. We tried with our cells and still no response. Finally a family member went down at around 9:30-10pm and asked the young lady in the front if we could get some extra blankets and covers, 1. For the small thin sofa bed that came with nothing and 2. Because the room was freezing and the heater wasn’t working. We were told they’d send a “ handyman “ to the room as well someone with our blankets. No maintenance worker is working at almost 11pm on a Saturday night so we knew then and there it was weird. Nonetheless we waited for our blankets which never arrived , a family member went down again and this time it was plenty of people waiting down there with the same problems ( too cold need blankets etc ). We waited in line and watched the young lady hand a blanket to the gentlemen ahead of us then told him the bigger blanket and rest would be brought up by a housekeeper. As we asked the same question she gave us 1 blanket ( we had 3 beds total!! ) and she said the same to us regarding the housekeeper bringing it up. Once again it was closer to midnight now and there was NO staff on the property aside from the one person working the front desk. After waiting again we went down frustrated and told her what we were expecting based on what she said and she finally gave us the blankets in the front but not even 2 just another extra 1!!!! Why did we have to jump through hoops to get blankets for a room we paid for that didn’t have any heat because of them? Absolute terrible management of this place. Everybody that works there is in there early to mid 20s just sitting in the back room using their phones not giving a damn. You read the reviews and everyone has the same problems here yet there’s been 0 change in multiple months. It’s located on a busy street so they know they’ll make their money regardless it’s absolutely gross. The sofa bed is such a terrible place to sleep , it’s a flimsy small mattress on springs and you can feel every single piece of metal when you twist and turn all night. For all the rooms they have they they don’t seem to have the quantities of items needed to fulfill them. I never write reviews on places ever but this experience was so terrible it pushed me to let others know. ( the look on my face reading the reviews prior to writing this knowing others went through the same things weeks and days before shocked me ). Whoever owns this place needs to hire new management and employees ASAP because a lawsuit against this business is all but inevitable.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE OR YOU MAY JUST GET IT!! This is the WORST hotel I have EVER attempted to stay at. I say "attempted" because I did not even stay the night. I left a half an hour after checking in. Welcome to the WORST night of my life.
Checking in was fine, but that's where it ends. My friend and I went to our room, "in the back" as the front desk said. Walking up the sidewalk, there were cleaning products littered across the sidewalk. The first room we received had BUGS GALORE and a toilet that did NOT flush. I tried flushing it, the handle rattled. There was no phone in the room, so I attempted to call with my cell, which was promptly declined.
I walk to the front desk and ask for a new room, which went from the bottom floor to the way top floor. We tried the elevator, but it doesn't do anything except creak. So we walk back to the lobby for the other elevator, which also just creaks. The front desk tells us to use a DIFFERENT elevator across the way, thus revealing they knew it was broken and didn't make an effort to ever fix it. Walking on the top floor was horrible, everything creaked and the railing was squeaky. Very unsafe, if you ask me. We get to our new room, and lo and behold, MORE BUGS AND THIS TOILET IS BROKEN TOO! Not only THAT, but the thermostat is BROKEN and stuck at 74, making the room itself about 90 degrees inside. I attempted to turn it down, but it only went up! Tried to open my window, only to see the "safety closure" was too far from the window to make use of it!
So, at this point, I'm absolutely done and walk back to the lobby. 3/4 of the elevators are broken, so I have to use the stairs. I go to the front and demand a refund on my deposit and the room, which they deny me. I had to fight through my bank and dispute the charges to get my money back for NOT even staying there a night! On my way back to pick up my things, I use the one WORKING elevator, and I check the inspection date? Void after 5/13/23. OVER A YEAR AND A HALF WITH NO INSPECTION ON THE ONE WORKING ELEVATOR DANGEROUS!!! Shut this place DOWN!!!

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL! had a 18 hr flight from Australia. To get into the room no general heating. Was offered a heater that gave off an electrical burn smell mic4owave didn't work. It was warmer ou5side the rooms then what it was inside the room.
Don't trust the lift 2 years ou5 of date f9r general maintenance checks been here 5 minutes already looking at getting a refund and going some were to get warmer. Or getting blankets from room to sleep in lobby.
States they have a laundry they don't
State they do transfers to theme parks...they don't
They just continue to lie

If I could give this place a 0, I would. I had hope when we first arrived because the hotel looks nice from the outside, the lobby looked clean too. The girl that checked us in had a conversation the entire time with someone else instead of helping us. After she took our payment, she just said your room is in the back. Didn’t show us a map or anything, just said it’s in the back. She told us there were elevators at the front of the hotel, but they weren’t working. We made our way to the back and found another elevator, it wasn’t working and had to walk across the property to find another one that was. When we finally got to our room, the door had a gap that made it looked opened. When we walked in, the room smelled like mildew, I turned on the AC that sat at 74. About 30 minutes in, the AC had only gone down to 73, so I called the hotel and she told me that they would send maintenance. Btw, I had to call the hotel from my phone because the phone in the room was missing all the buttons! When maintenance showed up, he reeked of poor hygiene. He pressed a couple button’s and said give it about 10 minutes for it to cool down. We left for dinner for two hours and came back to a hotel room that was only at 74. The whole night the room was between 73 and 74° when I had placed it to go down to 68°. There was a sliding glass door as the window that had a locking mechanism that wasn’t appropriately attached to the door, but I just hoped that I would be able to open the sliding glass door so that we could get fresh air in the room. The door never opened. The curtain to the sliding glass door was torn and stained. There was stains on the sheets as well. There was stains on the wall throughout the hotel room. The doors to the dresser in the room were all open because there was a section of the room that caved in. In the bathroom, the shower dripped the whole night and there was hair throughout the tub. The shower handle was also loose and wouldn’t stay in the “warm” part correctly. There were parts of the shower/ tub area that looked corroded. I never saw any security cameras throughout the hallway or even outside. Which worried me because there were homeless people walking around the parking lot in the early morning and looking through some of the cars.

I am saddened to report that my recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially compared to my previous experiences. The decline in service quality since the management change is evident, and it has left me frustrated.
To begin with, the lack of towels was unacceptable. Despite making numerous calls to the front desk and asking in person, my requests were ignored. It is incredibly disheartening to have to plead for basic necessities during a hotel stay.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was far below standard. After requesting room service, I returned to find that nothing had been done—the trash remained, and the room was just as messy as I had left it.
Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. What was once a reliable and enjoyable option has become a source of irritation and dissatisfaction. I sincerely hope the management will address this.

3 rooms that were all terrible just to stay for 2 night! One of the dirtiest places I’ve stayed. Outlets that don’t work, hair, closet doors wouldn’t open, no working iron, toilet wouldn’t stop running and to top it off- no blanket for the bed. Comforter so thin I thought it was a heavy sheet ….. manager never contacted me as I requested. Not worth half the amount!
