the location excellent, smoke free unlike casinos, but nearby buildings on that side of the street are trash that need to be redeveloped. Surprisingly high ratings for this place- The bathrooms need updating, comparable cost to legacy brand hotels, due to that id not stay again unless cost was less then brand name hotels to make up for lack of amenities and sketchy next door buildings. the bed was clean and comfortable.

This is not a resort hotel, it’s better. A real throwback to the old days and one of the first hotels on the strip. A simple, two story hotel that reminds me of the old days, with parking for your car right in front of your room. The rooms have been updated mostly, with the bathrooms needing a little more TLC but perfectly functional. Bed was comfortable. TV was plenty good and the AC provided cooling, heating and just fresh air as I chose. Staff was super nice including the owner who is easy to talk to and kind. If you’re looking to get away from the madness of the casino hotels yet want to be on the strip, this place is perfect. 10 minute walk from the Mandalay Bay convention center, so it was perfect for me. A great breakfast shop is right out front and you get a 10% discount as a hotel guest. There’s a small seating and garden area at the back that was perfect for my morning coffee and sunlight. The communications they provided by text were clear and timely. Great stay and would stay again.

This place checks all my boxes. Great location nearby to the tram station which travels all over the strip. The room is super clean and remodeled. The staff are very friendly and the security guard who is outside all night long was pleasant and friendly. The price is very economical and yet I still had access to all of the big hotels for entertainment. This is a gym on the strip.

Front desk checked me in 45 mins early. Room was clean, affordable, and quiet at night. It’s located in a quiet area on The Strip directly across from Mandalay Bay. My sister and I had plenty of space to share the room and the king size bed. It was a great option for a short stay when I did not want or need all the fanfare of a resort hotel.

My only complaint was there were not charging outlets near the bed. They were across the room. Otherwise, it was a really easy and comfortable B&B experience.

The grounds, the location, the staff, and the ambiance were fantastic! The bed and the pillows were maybe the most comfortable
I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. I wanted so much to rate this hotel five stars across the board; however, the room we stayed in was so heavily fragranced, we had to open the doors and windows and turn the fan on high to blow the smell out. It took probably a full 24 hours to clear out. If you’re even slightly sensitive to smells, call ahead to request less fragrance in your room!

It is a peaceful oasis right next to the strip. The beds are very comfortable. It was safe, clean and the staff were incredible friendly, helpful and accomodating. We would stay here again . I would recommend this Bed And Breakfast to everyone. The owner has done a wonderful job at taking one of the oldest hotels on the strip and turning it into an oasis. Thanks for making our stay a pleasant one.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Nirvana Hotel. Sandy and the entire staff were wonderful hosts. The location is great and the added touches the hotel provided are greatly appreciated (free coffee & donuts, bottles of water, an included mini fridge, the Zen Garden, etc.)

The hotel is a great spot if you're attending an event at Allegiant Stadium or near Mandalay Bay. There are cheaper eats within a 5 minute walk as well, is you're a budget traveler. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The two suggestions I would make are to replace the carpet in the room with vinyl flooring and update the bathrooms a bit as well as adding a dresser for more drawer and storage space, but these are very small critiques compared to all the benefits.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Nirvana Hotel and would definitely stay here again next time we are in Las Vegas.

I got a (very tasty) sandwich at the little restaurant in front and since they were closing I trespassed (sorry!) into this hotel's garden area to eat it. That garden turned out to be one my favorite places in Vegas. It was an oasis of authenticity and calm in a city of glamour and show. I was having breakfast with bumble bees and hummingbirds. It felt like a place someone truly cared for, and I wanted to thank that person. This place is at the top of my list to stay at next time I come to Vegas.
