Nous avons passé trois nuits très agréables chez Carlotta, une hôte chaleureuse et attentionnée. L’appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement, ce qui le rend particulièrement accueillant. La literie était impeccable, et j’ai été très sensible au parfum d’ambiance délicat qui imprégnait les lieux. Tout sentait merveilleusement bon, ce qui ajoutait une touche de bien-être et de confort à notre séjour.

J’ai toutefois une petite suggestion : il n’y a pas de miroir en pied dans la chambre, ce qui peut être un peu gênant pour se voir en entier, se maquiller ou se préparer. Cela serait aussi pratique pour permettre de se préparer en parallèle, par exemple si l’autre personne utilise la salle de bain. Peut-être serait-il possible d’ajouter un miroir à l’intérieur de la porte du placard afin de ne rien changer à l’esthétique soignée de l’espace.

Carlotta is such an amazing host, we feel so lucky that we got to stay here whilst in Florence. We had the ‘Flamboyant’ room and it was perfect - really big, great air conditioning, beautiful bathroom and very clean with a comfortable bed and nice linen. Carlotta prepared the most delicious breakfast each morning which included fruit salad, croissants with various choices for fillings, cakes and coffee. We would definitely stay here again and can’t thank Carlotta enough for such a great stay, we were sad to say goodbye! Thanks Carlotta! Jess and Geoff from Australia

Wir waren im Juni für ein paar Tage in Florenz und bei Carlotta zu übernachten war das i-tüpfelchen auf diesem schönen Urlaub. Unglaublich nette Gastgeberin und auch tolle Mitarbeiter, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, komfortable Zimmer, ein Bett aus dem man nicht aufstehen möchte. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Carlotta. Carlotta ainsi que ses employées sont incroyables et très au petit soin. Nous repartions en France assez tôt et elle s’est levée exprès afin de nous préparer le petit déjeuner que nous dégustions tous les matins sur la terrasse. Cette maison d’hôte est vraiment somptueuse, les salles de bains ainsi que les chambres sont faites avec énormément de goût, alliant moderne et vintage. Je n’ai pas de mots.

We had an excellent three nights in the room with the balcony . The location is excellent for getting to the sights and it is certainly a quiet respite in the heart of the city . Breakfast was delightful and as in other posts Carlotta is an amazing host . Any negatives are negated by the charm of the place . My only suggestion sense Aqua Flor has an extensive presence here is that they provide a mirror in the room so that two people can get ready at the same time .

If you are planning a few days in beautiful Florence drop everything and book Borgo. Exquisite rooms in a location that’s 5 minutes walk from all the good stuff. Carlotte, who looks after the guests here is simply an angel who really goes that extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. It just doesn’t get better than this, we will be back!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Florence. Carlotta made us feel super welcome, and provided incredible service while we were there - felt like we were guests in her home! Accommodations are very modern, clean, and comfortable. Within walking distance of every major attraction, but on a quiet side street away from some of the craziness. Would love to stay here again if we ever come back, thank you!
