Completely useless. I do not know why my taxes are paying for something that does not work. This is one of the biggest most useless jokes the USAF has ever pulled on it's service members. Over 1 year I have been waiting for a simple response and when I get a reply the link does not work. Extremely poor way to support service members.

Honestly, I wish I never included CCAF in my civilian education journey. From an AAS, to a BA, and an MA, it's a complete nightmare getting official transcripts. I should've pretended like like my Air Force credits never existed. The school's accreditation should be pulled for what they do to us.

Community College of the Air Force does not care about the troops. I have completed my CCAF three years ago and I have yet to receive a diploma. An electronic version may come available but even so, it took two years. For an electronic version... Imagine that. How does this system set anyone up for future career success exactly? It is an absolute joke and a silly excuse for a school.

The most horrific student service imaginable. I've sent my transcripts to convert to a a AS degree over 2 years ago and have not been able to speak to or even get a response from any representative. What a shame.

This place is not here to service any service members. It is clear that this system they are switching to is only the newest money grab. How can requests go unanswered for YEARS. I have just resorted to putting a new request in each week I do not hear anything from them. I did the online portal, I submitted a physical form, but still nothing. How does this system set anyone up for future career success?

I have been trying to get copies of my CCAF degrees for months now. I've used the website to officially request with zero luck and can't reach anyone on the phone. Leadership should be ashamed of the terrible customer service provided.

I requested my transcripts two months ago. I am supposed to be enrolled in classes next month. I have called 5 times, sent an email and still no response. A system upgrade shouldn’t put your customers in a bind, that is the definition of bad management!

Wish I could give a negative rating. Been trying to reach them by email, phone and their service ticket and nothing. They look at the ticket and just let it sit there. It's been over a month with no updates. Trash leadership.
