I gave the service five stars because while everything they said would be there would be there but it was not staffed, of course we know about that ahead of time and we're totally fine with it. Unfortunately we did go the week the boardwalk closed, but literally a stone's throw away you walk off the property you're at the boardwalk, on the backside of course is access to the lake. We took the swan paddle boat out & had a great time. The elevated deck had a great view and of course perfect for sunbathing. All in all no complaints and we have plans to go back next summer when the boardwalk is open!!!

Rooms were very clean and welcoming. Location was perfect when spending the day at Indiana beach. We were able to leave the park and hang out on the lake and in our room for awhile. The amenities were nice. Having access to paddle boats and kayaks was great. The only downfall of our stay was the mattresses on the bed. They are very uncomfortable. Woke up sore and did not sleep well. Other than that, our stay was fantastic

I am giving Alexander’s Landing a perfect review even though there were a couple of things that could be improved on. I’m giving them the perfect review because the only real issue when we arrived was a housekeeping issue. My wife snapped a photo, emailed it and got a response back immediately! The response back was polite and apologetic! We took care of cleaning up the small issue and the quick response and the response itself made up for the small issue! This place is stinking adorable! The pool was awesome as well as the hot tub! We were just so impressed by this place! I would say my only real complaint is the mattresses in our room were just so hard! For some people I’m sure firm is great but for us it made for a rough night of little sleep and sore backs! To be completely honest though we will more than likely suffer sore backs and no sleep to stay here again! That’s how amazing it was! Plus when I was leaving this morning a lady who I assumed works there was walking towards the rooms, she greeted me, and was so nice and polite!! Overall super impressed!!

Room was clean no place or closet to hang up our clothes the mattress were uncomfortable wake up with a lot of headache and I didn’t like the Window AC make me sick . The dock was filled with spiders . I stayed at suit 5 and there were a lot of mosquitoes by the door also the swimming pool was full of chlorine and smell too strong looks like they have not clean it for long time even our clothes color were change from white to red due to bad water for . paddle boats and kayaks all included for resorts guests. The view was really nice .

Rooms were clean but had no closet space to hang up any clothes! We had 2 queen beds - we had to throw all our clothes all over 1 of the beds because there was no where to hang up clothes. The mattresses on the bed were very uncomfortable. Woke up sore and did not sleep well. We tried to use the hot tub for our backs and we were told we could not use the hot tub (poor customer service) because they had to clean the hot tub during the designated hours when the POOL & HOT TUB HOURS are supposed to be OPEN and available to use. How about cleaning it NOT during the hours it's supposed to be available to use and open? The hot tub is nice to use in the morning before it's 80-90 degrees out in the afternoon!!! The location was the best part because there are docks for our boat.

Stayed here with my twin for our birthday the last week of April 2024. First off when booking three months ahead of time Laura, I believe the owner, happily answered all and any questions I had. When I got there I had very simple access to the room key in the key box next to the sliding door. Room 1 was clean and looked exactly like the video posted. I stayed the master sweet which the bed was comfy and plenty of room for myself. There is no closet or dresser but that did not bother me at all. My twin said the guest room did get hot with the door closed but as long as it kept open it felt great. There was central air and screened windows.
We rented a boat right across the lake which was convenient but it was a challenge to dock it in the slender openings, especially on the windy days. Defiantly need 2 people to dock a boat there. The hot tub and indoor pool were amazing. The water was clean and not over powering with chlorine. The view on the big deck was A1, the fire pit and grill, gas and charcoal, were clutch. I can't wait to come back when Indiana Beach amusement park is open!

This is our third visit and would highly recommend Alexander’s Landing. The lake front and close proximity to the board walk allows you to unpack and never need your vehicle again. Unless of course you’re driving to the boat rental which is conveniently located just up the road. Highly recommend the serenity that comes with lake life at Alexanders.

Just checked out this morning & our stay was great! The rooms are clean and newly remodeled, wifi and Dish TV. Staff was friendly and quick in communication. The deck out back is amazing you have to check it out if you stay here! The chairs seem new and over looks the lake perfectly. Picture perfect for morning coffee!! Cute swan paddle boat that's free to use & very nice pool room! The pool was clean and big enough for my family of 6 to spread out (we were the only guests at the time) . Plenty of pool toys and safety vests of all sizes. Cute hot tub on the deck but I didn't use it. Overall very great place to stay totally recommended and I will definitely stay here again. It is right outside of Indiana Beach Park so if you don't like the noise might be a problem but it was quiet enough for us and I liked the short walk just out my door to the park. Thank you Alexander Landings for a great stay ! Would honestly stay here even without IB because it was such a nice stay.
