Good evening, today November 4, 2024 at 6:08 pm I went to this store to buy an item and a customer wanted us to go around the normal line, in this line there were only my husband and I, no one else, we got very upset and left without buying the item, this lady was upset that another colleague told her to serve us. We generally go to this store very often and they have always treated us very well, I just want to tell the manager of this place to take a good look at who they hire to serve customers. Thank you very much

Called and spoke with Joel. He held a generator for us for one hour. We arrived and he educated us on what we needed. We were able to take advantage of a coupon and 10% off from 1st cc purchase. Thanks to his knowledge base

I visited harbor freight many times online but this is the first time I visited them in person. I was very impressed by the store layout. The store was very clean and bright. The isles were very well-marked and easy-to-navigate. I picked out several items and brought them out to the front and checked out rapidly and without problem. Remarkably the store is only a few blocks from where I live so I'll be back for sure. You owe it to yourself to check them out!
Outstanding deals you need to see! Everyone I go there, I find something new that I hadn't seen before. Check it out for yourself!
Update: Harbor Freight is one of my go-to stores for shopping for anything related to what men do. Their store is packed chock full of tools, small electric tools, safety equipment, anything for repair work. Welders, air compressors, you name it. If you can't find it at Harbor Freight you simply don't need it. The people are friendly and efficient and the store, while pack full, is clean and neatly arranged. You need to allocate a few hours or multiple trips to really appreciate what they have as it is MASSIVE. My recommendation stands. You MUST check them out!

Went to HF for tools I needed for the farm in Northport. Employees were very helpful locating all items. Not like in the big box stores were they see you approaching them and run away from you. Great prices and variety. Thanks.

I buy a lot here. To be frank, the low end tools will get you by, for little money. Want better...spend more. The odds and ends here are fun! Like a kid in a candy store!

Terrible customer service. There's an older heavy set guy that gave me so much attitude and refused to let me in at 8:01pm. I'm a skinny young female and was desperately in need of a 20lb chain to tow my car out of the mud. It's people like this guy who give me little to no hope in humanity. I bet if it were his daughter or granddaughter maybe he'd see the situation differently but 801pm and I wasn't obnoxious or anything. That guy needs a heart. Forreal. He sucks. Karma will have my back.

Cash register check out was great. Very helpful and quick. Before that, while looking for three items that would total nearly $500, the Gent on the floor in the store was engaged in a personal conversation, and only recognized my being there when I interrupted him. Even then he sent me to the wrong area. Ended up interrupting his conversation again, but this time he deigned to give me the correct location. As there are other HF stores in the area, it may be some time before I return to this location. Too bad, as it is close.
