This place used to be a cheap, peaceful place for rednecks to have fun now its full of foreigners playing loud music, overcrowded, and they charge an arm and a leg to get in. They used to have a cute shop where they sold bathing suits and hot dogs, thats gone. The place used to be a cute all American place now its an overcrowded overpriced place. You used to be able to jump from the top to the water, now you can't do that. There are a lot of RULES. You used to be able to jump to the pretty water under the bridge, now its completely blocked off where they allow a 14 foot alligator to live instead of letting people swim there. The walking trails used to be beautiful now they are $13 and overgrown.

$13.91 admission fee. Just called on 7/19/24. I haven't visited here yet so I thought I'd post the fee to get in. May save someone a phone call. Fee half off with National Parks pass.

I did visit the springs, they were really nice. Clean crystal clear water. Not over crowded like some places, maybe due to the entry fee. I enjoyed my first visit. Thank you.

What a beautiful place! The landscape is gorgeous. The water is clear and FREEZING. I love that there are a few options of where you want to hang out. Take a walk or picnic or swim in the spring. The preservation of the historic water mill is so neat. My favorite part are the beautiful trees with all the Spanish moss. Definitely check it out.

CRAZY.FUN.RUN!!
We thoroughly enjoyed the 7.2 Molly run. We tried it on SUP board - which was totally challenging. First, too many little obstacles so that you must take off the fins ... so no steering ?. Then, there are so many obstacles, but that's part of what made it fun. Then, there's not a lot of places to stand due to the low branches in so many places, so I just turned my non-steering board into a flat kayak ?
It was truly fun and so worth it!!
Again, friendly, super helpful staff.

Oh, and the mini rapids!

This place is the definition of a "hidden gem"! Our family has visited springs all over Central Florida and after visiting Juniper Springs, this is now at the top of our list.

There are picnic tables that you can move where wanted, there are permanent grills (although we will bring our own next time, to not have to share) and they even have hammock holders throughout so bring a hammock.

The parking is not too far to have to "run to the car" for forgotten items and the staff was very friendly, minus the overly loud blue-haired female lifeguard that seems to live on a power trip lol. I hope she finds another job soon because she was definitely a damper on the environment.

Overall, I really enjoyed how family friendly this place was and being able to bring our own floats was a nice addition. I loved the property and especially that even at full capacity", the park was not too over crowded. There is plenty of room for everyone.

Loved these springs ! Though the swimming hole is small it’s super deep, so it’s so cold I loved that. Along the edges are place to sit , in the water , very cool ! An old mill exhibit , places to grill, not too far of a walk . Bathrooms were disgusting I must say , but what do you expect . Pricey which I don’t understand but the hole itself was beautifully cold , they need to repair the trails tho and wear water shoes the rocks hurt your feet . Also don’t touch the hand rails , I got a bad splinter lol

Restrooms were AWFUL. They were so dirty that I felt bad for the little ones that were using them. For the fee of $13 per person they should have a worker more dedicated to keep those restrooms clean and safe for little kids that are not aware of this health and safety issue (please use clorox for deep cleanings). Beautiful Park and recreation area ...I think my only complaint would be the restrooms.
