I’ve been doing Pilates for over a month now and I can honestly say it has definitely changed my mobility, balance and mind set. Kirissa is so knowledgeable, friendly and extremely attentive to all her clients. She will guide you through every step and make sure you are doing all the exercises correctly and efficiently. Her studio is very calming and relaxing. I love coming to salty af Pilates. High recommend!!! ?

Kirissa, your personal trainer and mentor, has professional background knowledge on all things mind, body, and spirit. She's AMAZING! Her Pilates classes have completely changed the way I view fitness.

The group classes are also a great way to make friends in the area. They are low impact, high intensity classes - which has helped me improve my form when working out and overall posture. If you're looking for a personalized Pilates session, with an intimate one-on-one experience, Salty AF Pilates is definitely for you! Plus, she caters to your fitness goals - so you feel like the class is made just for you. If you're in the Central Florida area, I highly recommend you to try it out for yourself!

Love the pilates class hosted at Salty AF Pilates. I tried pilates before and it was night and day from the experience I received here at Salty AF. Kirissa is so invested in making sure you understand what you are doing, and helping us obtain our goals. I am so happy I signed up for class and will continue going. My massage therapist has already seen a difference in the inflammation in my legs and muscle definition. Would recommend over and over again to anyone!

I absolutely despise working out which is why I am so happy to have found Kirissa’s Pilates classes! I highly recommend for ANY age. I love her group classes, there is typically 4-5 people in a class so she really ensures everyone is in proper form and not over doing anything. Kirissa is so knowledgeable and gears the workouts around how your body is feeling. Wether I am doing chair or reformer I know I’m going to get a great workout with out feeling drained or fatigue. Not to mention the empowering men and women who attend these classes. Everyone is so supportive and going through their own journey to a healthier lifestyle, it truly is a community. Decided to take advantage of the benefits of sauna and the downtown Sanford Salty AF Pilates location is so convenient! The sauna is super clean and comfortable, choice of heat settings and has blue tooth video and music. I chose a relaxing sound spa. There were towels and wraps to choose from. The cool washcloth with peppermint after stepping out was so refreshing. Thank you Salty AF!
